Come Kamp and Care With Us Weekend

My, how time flies. Another winter has come and gone and we are working hard on plans for another fantastic camping weekend. Start your camping season with one free night of camping on Saturday, May 9, with a paid night on Friday, May 8. This Mother's Day weekend event helps kick off the 2009 camping season and raise funds for KOA Care Camps for children with cancer. These camps are designed especially for children with cancer, and have on-site medical facilities, specially trained counselors, and professional medical staffs….. almost entirely volunteers. Visit www.koacarecamps.com for more information.

May 15-17

"If you are able, save for them a place inside of you and save one backward glance when you are leaving for the places they can no longer go." (Major Michael Davis O'Donnell). Come and help us remember those who have so proudly served our country. Bring pictures of your family members who have served in a past or present war and we will create a Wall of Heroes. Crafts and a hayride will also be part of this weekend.
