Been going there for 10 years, love it, people are friendly bathrooms are clean always something to do. Kids have so much fun. One thing I would do, update the game room. Some of the games weren’t working and no games for the smaller kids, but overall one of my best places to visit.
People were friendly and helpful. Lots of things to do.
The place was spotless! Enjoyed our time. Everyone was pleasant and welcoming
We had a wonderful stay. Enjoyed the pool and arcade. The campground is beautiful.

The campground is nice and clean. But there was a lot of noise. People playing loud music, and yelling. The sites need to be leveled better ware you park your rig. But the biggest annoying thing is the gate. It don't let you in. After coming back from the store, had to go to the bathroom really bad and we got held up at the gate for about 5 minutes until a staff member came to open it.
The bathrooms were too far from the domes! It was extremely inconvenient! The listing stated 1 bed / 1 bath. This is false advertising, as there was no bathroom. I am requesting compensation regarding the bathroom situation or lack thereof.
We stayed in a cabin. It was beautiful inside and outside. I loved that there were benches and a table for eating outside. Thank you for having plenty of towels, soap and sheets. We also loved that there was a coffee maker. I would have liked it if you had a video of your cabin on your website. I could have gotten a better idea of your amenities.
Staff were all very nice and we loved our site. The playground and water slides were a hit. Pizza delivery during setup was a huge perk! We had a great time. Only issue was the bees all around the border of the pool! We thought there must’ve been an underground hive by the steps but then realized they were surrounding the perimeter, must be drawn to something there!
There is a major bee problem at the pool. We could not even use it.

Very friendly staff. Smooth check in. Spacious sites! Love that my neighbors sewer hook up is not next to my patio like other campgrounds we’ve stayed.
We stayed in a cabin, while our daughter & her family stayed in their camper. It was a wonderful campground, beautiful area, quiet too. We hope to come again.
One of the nicest patio sites we've even stayed at with KOA! The office staff was extremely helpful when we asked for a late checkout and did everything they could to accomodate.

We stayed at the Cooperstown KOA with our grandson. The staff at the park were extremely friendly and helpful. The park was very quiet, the dog park was great and it was very convenient to the Baseball Hall of Fame.
We were there 3 days and everything was amazing. Owners were friendly, helpful and didn't get annoyed at endless questions. Everything was super clean and the "neighbors" were very friendly

We only stayed for 2 nights, however resort and accommodations were great, clean and well kept. Staff was friendly. Only thing that could have been better is if the pool was a little warmer. I realize we were their when it was a little cooler but thought the pool was heated. Other than that, highly recommend.

The camp is beautiful and well managed and maintained. The owners are actively engaged in all aspects of the park and were extremely professional, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly!

What a great time! There are many amish in the area and we did the Amish trail (info on line). This KOA was peaceful and beautiful, and obvious the owner, Tom, takes pride in his CG. I felt the campground was one of the better KOA's, very safe and well taken care of. Our site was spacious and serene, backed our camper up to the forest.I absolutely loved our stay here & would visit again! Thanks!

We had a wonderful stay at Lake George/Saratoga KOA. The family owned KOA is lovely, spacious, clean and well maintained. The owners/employees are very pleasant, helpful and hospitable! We look forward to a return visit!

Loved how large the sites were - mostly wooded - super nice hosts
This place is absolutely beautiful with mature trees in a spectacular setting. The owners are thoughtful, attentive and polite.
We enjoyed our stay,love the pool, it was very well maintained and clean, as was the whole park. Donna and Karl was very friendly and cared about us enjoying our stay. We went to play bingo, it was a fun time. We definitely will be back, my parents loved to come here back in the day and we love it too! Thank you for making our stay memorable.
Very nice, in trees, and very quiet. Extra friendly owners who warmly greeted and checked up on us to ensure all was good. A definite repeat.

Staff is awesome going out of their way to accommodate site changes when others are available. Thank you!! We hope the lower park bath house gets finished very soon...but at least by next season. The upper bath house doesn't have enough facilities for a busy KOA and is quite a walk from our lower park site is located. Thank you!!

Plenty of things to do to keep kids happy. Our site was the most unlevel site we've had this vacation. For some reason, campgrounds dont understand Sprinter vans need level sites. The showers were absolutely disgusting �ϩ!

Other than one of the pools being closed, everything else was great. Nice to see the many upgrades and attention to detail. We have camped there many times, and will continue to make this KOA one of our regular visits.

We had a really nice stay, just wish I would have been there for bingo, lol. The place has already been recommended to family members and we would definitely return.
Cabin wasn’t ready until 90 minutes into their check in time however the cabin was still dirty upon arrival. A/C unit has no cleanable filter causing the entire inside to fill with dust that had turned to mold. Fans between room clogged with dust. For the price paid left feeling rather unhappy.
Unfortunately we only had 1 night there, would definitely like to come back for a long weekend.
All but one tall young lady w blonde hair was kind and personable and very helpful. Special kudos to Virginia who helped us w last minute dilemma. Campground is beautiful, well kept, no garbage. So many different sites and cabins. Just a tad pricey tho

Nice site overlooking the lake on a level pad. Everything was clean and well maintained.

Our first visit to Sodus Point KOA and we were met with friendly service with a willingness to provide us assistance to set up. The park was very clean, especially washrooms and the cement pad sites were a real treat over looking Lake Ontario. Sunsets were breathtaking. The park was busy, yet quiet, garbage was always picked up and sites cleaned. We will be back! Thanks to the friendly staff.

Super Friendly staff. Very well maintained grounds. Cleanest bathhouse I've ever seen at a campground. This was a great life choice and I have zero regrets.
The Sterling / Lake Ontario KOA was a great place and we really enjoyed the staff and folks we talked with. The only thing we'd really like to see change is the water treatment improved...it was too salty / treated, and I say that having grown up with very sulphur-y water and water softeners my whole life. If they can get that balanced out then a 5-star / 10-out-of-10 will be fitting.
Greetings, I was a bit disappointed. While I understand you guys were scrambling to get everything up to KOA standards before the season opened, and I told you I didn't need any amenities, the site you gave me was not ready. Don't get me wrong, it was a great site, tucked into the trees and large, but it needs a bit of TLC. There is a tire rut through the middle of it. And more.

We had a camper site and took with us another couple who asked for a tent site. When we arrived, check-in went smoothly. The friends did not arrive right away. When they did show up, they decided to upgrade to a cabin. There was one available and were able to switch to that. When another friend needed a place to stay due to an issue with where they were, they got a camper with no problem. Nice!
We had a very nice stay, the owners were very nice and welcoming, the RV we rented was spotless.
Enjoyed the facility, off the beaten path and nicely maintained and managed!
The host was wonderful and checking in and out was very simple. The RV was very clean and had everything we needed. Great place to get away!!

Friendly and accommodating staff, most appreciated. Sites are well spaced, with afternoon shade along the J sites. Clean, landscaped nicely, laundry room well appointed, well maintained overall - your efforts are noticeable! All the best and hope to visit again.
Very friendly staff. Campground was very clean. The campsites were large. Our site had concrete patio that was very nice. We took the kayak ride that they offered through a lock which was very nice. The campground was close to a bike path that we enjoyed. The location was perfect for where we wanted to explore.

Great stay! Well laid out, friendly owners, and nice area.
This was our 3rd stay here. Love the location. Convenient to several of the lakes, Geneva, Waterloo. This time we saw deer swimming across the creek. Mist on the lake made a great picture one morning. Clean, quiet. We’ll be back
We just did an overnight stay but the campground was clean and not too crowded. The office and store were nice and the staff was friendly and helpful. We were able to change sites to a more level one without any problem. The bathroom and showers were probably the best we’ve seen in a campground. Road noise from the highway may be an issue for some . Didn’t bother us though.
We enjoyed our stay it was so relaxing. The staff were so friendly and helpful. My husband loved the pizza he had 2. We will definitely be return visitors our lab was with us and she was so happy she was able to have the whole area of our campsite to run on her lead. The campground was very clean and the shower house was the best I usually only shower in our 5th wheel but it hat more roon
