KOA Reservation/Cancellation Guidelines:

A deposit for your first night will be charged to your credit card when you make your reservation. You'll receive a confirmation email once you've completed your reservation.

Need to Cancel? Please call (800) 562-0533 before these deadlines to receive your deposit refund, minus a $10 cancellation fee. *All cancellations will incur a $10 cancellation fee:

Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits. Cancellations made after deadlines will result in forfeiture of all deposits.

• RV/Tent Sites: 48 hours required Notify your selected KOA by 4 p.m. two days before your scheduled arrival date.
• Kamping Kabins: 7 days required Notify your selected KOA one week before your arrival scheduled arrival date.
• Specialty Lodging: These lodgings may have special deposit and cancellation requirements. Please check with your selected KOA Kampground location when making your reservations.
• Holidays and Event Weekends: may have special deposit and/or cancellation requirements. Special conditions may apply during high-demand periods and special events. Please check with your selected KOA for details.

Campground Cancellation Policy: Deposits non-refundable for holiday/special weekends(Memorial Day, Independence Day, & Labor Day, Columbus Day), and during the month of July, and for seasonal reservations. Minimum 3 night stay required for holiday weekends (Columbus Day 2 night stay). Deposits refundable minus $10 fee if notified by 4 PM (campsites - 2 days, Cabins - 1 week) prior to you arrival. No refunds for early departures unless notified 2 days prior by 4 PM. L arger deposits of $100 or more required for reservations for 1 week or more. Only cash, Visa and Mastercard accepted. Personal checks accepted only asdeposits for early reservations (1 month prior), and from monthly/seasonal campers.
Campsites are designed for one family only ( 2 adults and children). If your family goes beyond this plan, other nearby campsites must be reserved for them. No tents are permitted on RV and cabin sites unless pre-arranged and approved. Campsites may be requested, but are never promised due to priority needs of a group, etc. Feel free to contact us with any question 585-398-3582.

Pet Policy: Four-legged Campers Are Welcome!

Some visitors enjoy sharing the pleasures of camping with their dogs or cats. To ensure that all guests have a safe and enjoyable experience, KOA has established some guidelines.

Before You Go:

• Call ahead. Check with the campground about its specific pet policies. Some don't allow pets in Kamping Kabins, for example, or may have limited pet units. Others don't accept particular breeds that insurance providers have identified as having a history of aggression.
• Bring your helper.Service dogs are welcomed at all KOA Kampgrounds. (Leash and aggressive behavior rules apply.)

When You Arrive:

• Good behavior is required. Dogs of any breed that are hostile or aggressive will be asked to leave the campground, along with their owners.
• Bring the leash. Dogs must be kept on leashes no longer than 6 feet when outside their owners' vehicles or rental units. Do not leave a tethered dog unattended.
• Remember manners. Constant barking bothers other campers. If your pet is too vocal, you'll need to find other accommodations.
