KOA Reservation/Cancellation Guidelines:

A deposit for your first night will be charged to your credit card when you make your reservation. You'll receive a confirmation email once you've completed your reservation.

Need to Cancel? Please call 800-562-0251 before these deadlines to receive your deposit refund, minus a $10 cancellation fee. *All cancellations will incur a $10 cancellation fee:

Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits. Cancellations made after deadlines will result in forfeiture of all deposits.

• RV/Tent Sites: 48 hours required Notify your selected KOA by 4 p.m. two days before your scheduled arrival date.
• Kamping Kabins: 7 days required Notify your selected KOA one week before your arrival scheduled arrival date.
• Specialty Lodging: These lodgings may have special deposit and cancellation requirements. Please check with your selected KOA Kampground location when making your reservations.
• Holidays and Event Weekends: may have special deposit and/or cancellation requirements. Special conditions may apply during high-demand periods and special events. Please check with your selected KOA for details.

Campground Cancellation Policy: KOA Reservation/Cancellation Guidelines will be followed with these exceptions:

HOLIDAYS (May 27-31, July 1-6, Sept 2-6, Oct 7-11) and SPECIAL EVENTS (May 14-15, Oct 14-17, 21-24 and 28-31): Payment in full required at time of reservation. To cancel your reservation notify us 14 days prior to your arrival for refund less $25. Cancellation within 14 days of arrival forfeits deposit.

LODGES: Payment in full at time of all reservations. To cancel your reservation, notify us 14 days prior to you arrival for refund less $30. Holidays and Special Events (dates noted above) require 14 day notice for refund less $50. Notice within 14 days of arrival forfeits deposit.

Check-in anytime after 2pm for campites and 3pm for Kabins/Lodges but no later than 9pm. Check-out no later than noon.

Due to Emerald Ash Borer no firewood may be brought into camp.

Site requests will be noted but can not be guaranteed.

Pet breed restrictions include: Pit Bull, Rottweiler, any mix of these breed and any pet with a bite history.

Pet Policy: Four-legged Campers Are Welcome!

Some visitors enjoy sharing the pleasures of camping with their dogs or cats. To ensure that all guests have a safe and enjoyable experience, KOA has established some guidelines.

Before You Go:

• Call ahead. Check with the campground about its specific pet policies. Some don't allow pets in Kamping Kabins, for example, or may have limited pet units. Others don't accept particular breeds that insurance providers have identified as having a history of aggression.
• Bring your helper.Service dogs are welcomed at all KOA Kampgrounds. (Leash and aggressive behavior rules apply.)

When You Arrive:

• Good behavior is required. Dogs of any breed that are hostile or aggressive will be asked to leave the campground, along with their owners.
• Bring the leash. Dogs must be kept on leashes no longer than 6 feet when outside their owners' vehicles or rental units. Do not leave a tethered dog unattended.
• Remember manners. Constant barking bothers other campers. If your pet is too vocal, you'll need to find other accommodations.
