The Mansfield Reformatory

Guided tours are offered on Sunday. Hollywood has used this unique setting for several motion pictures including “Shawshank Redemption” and “Air Force One.”

Kingwood Center

This historic mansion is located on a 47 acre display of formal gardens and floral displays. Nature trails weave through the woods and waterfowl can be observed in the two ponds.

The Living Bible Museum

Live-size re-creation of favorite Old and New Testament stories. Each scene complete with narrative and special effects.

The Ohio Genealogical Society Library

This is a 15,000 volume genealogical library, primarily for the Ohio family research. Included in this library are census record, cemetery listings, and Bible records, and lineage papers for first families of Ohio.

Renaissance Theater

This 1928 movie place in grand baroque design is now a nonprofit community performing arts center. Shows range from children’s theater to the Mansfield symphony.
