KOA Reservation/Cancellation Guidelines:

A deposit for your first night will be charged to your credit card when you make your reservation. You'll receive a confirmation email once you've completed your reservation.

Need to Cancel? Please call (800) 562-7640 before these deadlines to receive your deposit refund, minus a $10 cancellation fee. *All cancellations will incur a $10 cancellation fee:

Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits. Cancellations made after deadlines will result in forfeiture of all deposits.

• RV/Tent Sites: 48 hours required Notify your selected KOA by 4 p.m. two days before your scheduled arrival date.
• Kamping Kabins: 7 days required Notify your selected KOA one week before your arrival scheduled arrival date.
• Specialty Lodging: These lodgings may have special deposit and cancellation requirements. Please check with your selected KOA Kampground location when making your reservations.
• Holidays and Event Weekends: may have special deposit and/or cancellation requirements. Special conditions may apply during high-demand periods and special events. Please check with your selected KOA for details.

Campground Cancellation Policy: Holidays and Special Events--Lodges and Cabins require full payment at time of reservation. See cancellation policy for refund information.

Cancellation for Holidays and Special Events--14 Days for All Sites, Cabins and Lodges. Call by 4pm 14 Days prior; $15 cancellation fee. Within 14 Days lose one night's deposit on RV sites and 2 night's deposit on Cabins and Lodges. Sorry, no refund for early checkout on holidays and weekends.

LODGE CANCELLATION (OTHER THAN RACE, SPECIAL EVENTS AND HOLIDAYS)--NOTIFICATION MUST BE 4PM ONE (1) WEEK PRIOR TO ARRIVAL DATE. A $15 CANCELLATION FEE WILL BE CHARGED BEFORE DEADLINE. AFTER DEADLINE FORFEIT ONE (1) NIGHTS STAY.

Spring and Fall Nascar Race 2009/2010: 3 night minimum for RV& Tent sits, 4 night minimum for Kabins & Lodges. All deposits are NON REFUNDABLE; balance due 30 days prior to check in.

Pet Policy: Four-legged Campers Are Welcome!

Some visitors enjoy sharing the pleasures of camping with their dogs or cats. To ensure that all guests have a safe and enjoyable experience, KOA has established some guidelines.

Before You Go:

• Call ahead. Check with the campground about its specific pet policies. Some don't allow pets in Kamping Kabins, for example, or may have limited pet units. Others don't accept particular breeds that insurance providers have identified as having a history of aggression.
• Bring your helper.Service dogs are welcomed at all KOA Kampgrounds. (Leash and aggressive behavior rules apply.)

When You Arrive:

• Good behavior is required. Dogs of any breed that are hostile or aggressive will be asked to leave the campground, along with their owners.
• Bring the leash. Dogs must be kept on leashes no longer than 6 feet when outside their owners' vehicles or rental units. Do not leave a tethered dog unattended.
• Remember manners. Constant barking bothers other campers. If your pet is too vocal, you'll need to find other accommodations.
