Mount Pleasant KOAMeet Your Hosts Larry Taylor and Dennis Smith (pictured) and Ron Lancaster, owners of the Mt. Pleasant, Texas KOA each had careers as senior marketing executives in the field of environmental services. Campground Manager Jim Taylor spent his career in retail operations management of convenience stores and gas stations. They all contribute their special expertise to the campground goals of providing excellent customer service to create many repeat customers and attract new ones through positive word-of-mouth advertising. "We researched many different campgrounds and decided on this one because we thought it best suited our desires to provide campers with a high quality, pleasant camping experience," say the owners. The owners and manager have varied interests, including traveling, RVing, boating, golf, and entertaining friends and family, however, they all agree on one thing, "We're most proud of our friendly and helpful staff and our park-like grounds!"
