Leander / NW Austin KOAOpen all year The Leander/NW Austin KOA lies in the heart of central Texas and borders the Texas Hill Country. Our campground is near gorgeous lakes, rolling hills and wildlife. The area has many city and state parks that provide hiking, walking trails, bird watching and great fishing. For example, Brushy Creek Lake Park offers a water playscape, bike trails, pavilions, picnic areas, fishing pier, observation areas and a sand volleyball court- all just a few miles from our campground! The Highland Lakes, Buchanan Dam and Lake Georgetown are all just a short drive from the Leander/NW Austin KOA. In addition to all of the area's recreation attractions, you can enjoy world-class golf courses, shopping, dining and entertainment in the nearby town of Leander and Cedar Park. Georgetown is just 15 minutes away, and offers a lovely downtown area with Victorian-era architecture and dozens of boutiques and restaurants. Our KOA offers 50' back-in and 100' pull-through sites with 20/30/50 amp full service and Wi-Fi included. We're truly "Big Rig Friendly", so come and stay with us! Contact Us Going North on IH-35 take exit 260W on 2243 (Leander Rd.) approx 8 mi. Turn right on Ronald Reagan Blvd, go 1/4 mi to first left, left on CR-269, go one mile, park on the left. Going South on IH-35 take exit 261 go west on Hwy.29 approx 7-8 miles to stoplight at Ronald Regan Blvd. Turn left for approx 4 miles, then right on CR-269, go 1 mile, Park is on left From Highway 183, left on South St./FM 2243E, go approx 1 mile east (through 2 stoplights at Alt-183A) then immediately get into turn lane and take a left on CR-269, follow curve and park is on right. From TX-29 heading east, turn right on Highway 183. Continue on the Alt. 183A to second stoplight to FM2243 and turn left, go through next stoplight at ALT 183A and immediately get into turn lane and take a left on CR-269, follow around curve, Park is on right.
