Richfield KOAMeet Your Hosts The Richfield KOA was a place Ray and Lora Jones loved to visit, with the green stretch of land, perfect for riding their ATV's. When the opportunity arose for them to purchase the campground, they turned their favorite weekend getaway into their daily lives. Before purchasing the campground, Ray spent 29 years in the auto collision repair industry and Lora worked as the school district cafeteria manager for two decades. After many years of hard work, they were ready for a different lifestyle. In March of 2005, they decided to buy the campground they had enjoyed for so long. Ray and Lora were initially attracted to the campground because of the green trees and the wealth of shade. They take pride in how clean and well landscaped the campground continues to be and they find success in staying true to their number one customer service rule: "We try our hardest to escort every camper to their site." Escorting the camper(s) to their site gives them the opportunity to engage in conversation and make them feel welcome at Richfield KOA. "Besides, we love to give suggestions on how they can enhance their stay and feel right at home," says Lora.
