KOA Reservation/Cancellation Guidelines:

A deposit for your first night will be charged to your credit card when you make your reservation. You'll receive a confirmation email once you've completed your reservation.

Need to Cancel? Please call (800) 562-3380 before these deadlines to receive your deposit refund, minus a $10 cancellation fee. *All cancellations will incur a $10 cancellation fee:

Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits. Cancellations made after deadlines will result in forfeiture of all deposits.

• RV/Tent Sites: 48 hours required Notify your selected KOA by 4 p.m. two days before your scheduled arrival date.
• Kamping Kabins: 7 days required Notify your selected KOA one week before your arrival scheduled arrival date.
• Specialty Lodging: These lodgings may have special deposit and cancellation requirements. Please check with your selected KOA Kampground location when making your reservations.
• Holidays and Event Weekends: may have special deposit and/or cancellation requirements. Special conditions may apply during high-demand periods and special events. Please check with your selected KOA for details.

Campground Cancellation Policy: CANCELLATION POLICY FOR 2009 - 2010......ALL RESERVATIONS WILL BE CHARGED ONE FULL DAY OF THE STAY ON MAKING RESERVATIONS.....CAMP SITES REQUIRE 48hr CANCELLATION before arrival...CABINS REQUIRE 7 DAYS CANCELLATION before arrival....ALL CANCELLATIONS WILL BE CHARGED A $10.00 PROCESSING FEE. If cancellation times are not met you lose total deposit.

2 adults & 2 children per site is included with rate. Each additional adult is $5.00, child is $2.50. Pet fee for kabins & kottages is $5.00. **EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2010 - PETS WILL NO LONGER BE ALLOWED IN KABINS OR KOTTAGES.***
HOLIDAYS AND SPECIAL EVENT WEEKENDS.

FULL AMOUNT OF STAY CHARGED AT TIME OF RESERVATION. NO REFUNDS ON CANCELLATIONS.

Cabins and Cottages have a two day minimum on weekends, Memorial Day thru Labor Day

check-in time is 1pm for campsites and kabins

check-in time is 3pm for cottages

check-out time is 12 noon for everyone

no refunds for early departure

Pet Policy: Four-legged Campers Are Welcome!

Some visitors enjoy sharing the pleasures of camping with their dogs or cats. To ensure that all guests have a safe and enjoyable experience, KOA has established some guidelines.

Before You Go:

• Call ahead. Check with the campground about its specific pet policies. Some don't allow pets in Kamping Kabins, for example, or may have limited pet units. Others don't accept particular breeds that insurance providers have identified as having a history of aggression.
• Bring your helper.Service dogs are welcomed at all KOA Kampgrounds. (Leash and aggressive behavior rules apply.)

When You Arrive:

• Good behavior is required. Dogs of any breed that are hostile or aggressive will be asked to leave the campground, along with their owners.
• Bring the leash. Dogs must be kept on leashes no longer than 6 feet when outside their owners' vehicles or rental units. Do not leave a tethered dog unattended.
• Remember manners. Constant barking bothers other campers. If your pet is too vocal, you'll need to find other accommodations.
