Pasco / Tri-Cities KOAMeet Your Hosts Doug and Brenda Hines, managers of the Pasco / Tri-Cities, WA KOA Kampground, say they have fallen in love with the campground lifestyle. "We got into the business by accident. In 2005 we started work kamping. We lived in our trailer with our two kids and worked on a campground. We enjoyed the lifestyle so much we now manage a campground," says Brenda. There are no better hosts than those who enjoy sharing their special knowledge of their home. "Doug loves hunting and fishing and is always eager to share stories or suggest the best places to go," says Brenda. The Hines make the Pasco / Tri-Cities KOA a fun and friendly place to visit by striving to keep the facilities clean, planning activities for campers and appreciating their devoted, helpful staff. "We love all the aspects of the business!" says Brenda. Before becoming full-time campground residents, Doug spent time in both the carpentry business and in retail sales. Brenda also did retail sales, operated a home-based business and was a teacher in an after-school program. Brenda's friends say that her hobby is 'finding new hobbies!' She currently enjoys crafts, including beading and scrap booking. Meanwhile, Doug is out finding the best fishing spots. Come meet Doug and Brenda Hines. |
