Buffalo KOAOpen all year The Crow-style tepee rising here amid traditional RV pads and tent campsites isn't just for show-it will accommodate up to six campers. The Crow and Sioux once roamed here at the foot of the Bighorn Mountains. Every Wednesday, the town of Buffalo hosts a rodeo (take the shuttle bus!). Explore its historic Main Street, which includes an old-fashioned soda fountain and the Occidental Hotel, made famous in The Virginian. Back at the Buffalo KOA, corrals are available for your own trusty steed. RVers can kick back at deluxe patio sites or a "superdeluxe" site with a hot tub, grill and fenced area. Soak in the hot tub, swim in the heated pool and fish in Clear Creek. Feast on blueberry pancakes (June 1-August 31). Or gather 'round a campfire for s'mores. Winter sites are available.
