We enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately there was heavy rain so it prevented some entertainment. We will visit again. There only complaint we had was the bathroom area had an offensive odor. Maybe because of the torrential rain? I do wish the camp store was open earlier on Sunday, would have liked to have checked it out before we left. Over all a great experience! Our cabin was cozy and comfortable.

We have stayed in a deluxe cabin for 5 years now and have always enjoyed the area and campground. All the associates are friendly and fulfill any needs promptly.

We have been camping here for many years, never an issue. Barb & Pat have been good to us, and Carolyn, we miss Carolyn. Mostly new staff this year, again no issues. We will be back next year.

We love staying at KOA but unfortunately this one wasn't our favorite. Pros: -Breath taking view of water , beautiful sunsets -Fridge and coffee maker in cabin -Clean bathroom and showers -Location Cons: - Hardly any activities for kids (no jump pad,pool,movie nights,game areas) -Dog hairs and dog bowls in the room, a real turn off -only 3 shower stalls, we always had to wait

We stayed in a rustic cabin. We had to cart all of our belongings to the cabin. We could not park near our cabin. I did not care for any of this at all. It was too difficult. I had to make five trips. The cabin was very dusty and dirty with cobwebs. Perhaps if I had stayed in the campground area, it would’ve been better.

Difficult check in process. Check in for cabins is between 4-5pm and by 350pm our cabin was not ready and we had other reservations so we had to check in at night. Staff was not overly friendly or helpful with this process. Solar lights along walk to bathroom are out by midnight- dangerous dark walk cabin to bathroom. Needs better, safer lighting at night.

We loved our stay at Bar Harbor KOA. Great location, beautiful and clean grounds, friendly staff and our cabin was great. We would definitely recommend and stay again.

It was very disappointing on how much I paid no pillows for the pull out sofa Brocken bowls and a knife. Need to put more trash bags in cabin when someone is staying for a week also, you need to put a recycling can in the cabin. It’s need a grill cleaning brush I had to go and buy one. The pillows in the bed room were flat as a bored I’m going to stay at a motel next year. You need to put ston

Very good. I recommend a list of what the cabin has for renters. Ie with the kitchenette I assumed some plastic ware at least, but there was none.

We love this campground. Beautiful location, close to Acadia and Bar Harbor, pet friendly, and very kind, welcoming, and hard-working staff. We can’t wait for our next trip here.

This was our fist stay at a KOA and what was most disappointing was that we were denied a request to check-out at 11am instead of 10am despite other cabins being vacant. Had that request been granted we would have happily overlooked the filthy sock in our cabin, the 2" of standing water in the shower, or the shower liner being so long it floated in the standing water. Pros: location & dog friendly

All good except that we were expecting to be oceanfront (as described on the website). We were on the edge of a body of water (not ocean) and next to the busy roadway. This was disappointing.

Beautiful campground. The ladies in office gave exceptional KOA service. Rustic cabins well maintained, however, the lighting in that area was poor and uncomfortable for females walking to washroom. The KOA cafe was an amazing addition and provided meals to go. Would definitely return to this KOA.

My fault, I didn't read the fine print, but should have been told upon making reservation that the rustic cabins were walk in. ME had just gotten lots of rain, but the path back to the cabins was a bit slippery. The bathroom area seemed a bit sketchy and not pretty. I was unable to load Wi-Fi onto my phone. The cabin looked like it had not been swept and had a musty smell

We had the best time at KOA Oceanside in Bar Harbor. The grounds/facilities/sites were well maintained and clean, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and we will absolutely refer friends and family to this KOA. Thank you so much for a wonderful weekend, despite the hurricane, we had an amazing time!!!

Stayed in one of the airstreams, very nice , clean , well stocked with the necessary. Only thing it needs are air fresheners , ours friends stayed in one of the cabins and also was in need of a air freshener . Or maybe a cleaning product with bleach to clean the floors , ETC . Love this place and all the staff are always there if you need something . Wonderful stay .

We stayed 3 nights in one of the Airstreams and loved it! Our first experience in an Airstream and realy enjoyed it. Location and site was perfect. we walked to the oceanside every evening. Check in was seamless and we did have one question, and literally in 5 minutes someone came to check out the situation and fixed the problem!

Please do a better job cleaning the camping cabins. I dropped something underneath the bunk bed and reached under to get my item, both the item and my arm were entirely covered in dust/ dirt. I shined my flashlight underneath both beds and saw what looked like MONTHS worth of dust and dirt. This is my favorite KOA and I will continue to stay here every year but please do better.

My favorite KOA. The camping cabins are clean and cozy. The entire camp is well maintained. Staff is friendly and accommodating. We love it! It’s our favorite getaway.

Overall, I was more than pleased by the accommodations! We were also close to a bathroom/shower when needed and just steps away from the ocean. There were many amenities available including an off-leash pet area and I loved that so many campers brought their 4-legged family members! The workers were so friendly and helpful throughout our weeklong stay

We have stayed at several KOA locations with camper and this was the first time in a cabin. It was very nice, clean and conveniently located to Acadia NP! It was also nice and spacious with our 3 huskies, we will definitely come back!

We stayed in a cabin for 6 people. Unfortunately, there were ants that got into our food. They came right away to spray, but because we had our dog they were unable to. They said there was nothing more they could do. The staff was very friendly and they sunsets were amazing!

Really awesome campground. All sites seem nice. They vary in size, accessibility, and hookups (campers, cabins, tents). We loved our spot right at the water's edge. Clean, quiet, food truck (breakfast, seafood, dessert), playground, dog park, honey wagon, etc.

We booked an oceanfront RV site for our RV. The site is spectacular and staff is top notch. Everyone is helpful and extremely friendly.

Nice campground. Decently dog friendly. Lovely checkin staff, Lana. Was happy to get a spot at drive up. $73 is a bit steep for a tent site. Clean washrooms
