I thought everything was top notch except the hair in the bathrooms. All over the floor and on the walls of the shower. Also the shower curtain needed to be changed. Also you might want to blow off the putt putt greens every day.

We stayed in a cabin without a bathroom. When we went to use the public restrooms, it looked like they haven’t been scrubbed in months. So much film and residue in showers, toilets had wet dust all over them and around the toilets smelt like sewage. Very disappointed. We stay often and they were not like this the last time we stayed last year. Please clean these better!

Very disappointed that our reservation was changed without notification. We reserved the glamping tent that fits up to 10 people, it was changed to a tent pad without notice. Had I not looked at our reservation a few weeks prior to our trip we'd have shown up and had no gear (tent, sleeping bags, etc.). Then when I called regarding this, I was upcharged for a cabin and had to switch weekends.

Water heaters were broken so there were long lines sometimes to use the community showers. Cleanliness was a concern overall it was a great experience. The staff was super friendly to me and my family. The kids enjoyed face painting and overall a great time was experienced.

This is the second time we stayed here.The first time my family stayed in a tent area.After that first time walking around the area and noticing the cabins, ever since that first time we have stayed at a KOA in a cabin.We never went back to this one.When Covid happened we stopped going, and this was the first year going back and we were glad that we did.With the updates to the KOA and area da best

We love this location! although this time there seemed to be more unsupervised kids than usual. Had a barefoot toddler wander to our cabin looking for parents haha. Also a couple bullies and line cutters (train) that caused a few unhappy campers. Lastly we also found 2 unfinished cans of beer in the play area. Overall we enjoyed our st but felt we shouldn't have to deal with other parents neglect.

We have been staying at Bear Lake KOA for the last 13 years only missing a few years. I could say this time was the dirtiest barhrooms experience. Not well stocked the entire stay. The water heaters were broken in new bathrooms. I understand Rasberry Days are busier but, staffing should accommodate the load. We hate to give a bad review but, it really affected our stay.

Manager was grumpy. Prices keep going up and quality of cabins doesn't. Bed was not comfortable, no soap or shampoo in bathroom rooms are to small. Price no longer makes it worth staying.

For the amount of money we paid, we had several issues in our deluxe cabin and it wasn't worth the cost! The microwave kept overheating after just a minute of use. We called shortly after hours to the number provided. We called several times and nobody picked up. It said to call even for something small. We just wanted to heat our dinner. Nobody ever answered.The lights in the bathroom shorted.

Cabins were very clean. Pool water wasn’t the greatest quality. It’s such a busy campground and great effort is made to keep bathrooms clean and stocked but it seems difficult for them to keep up.

We came for a family vacation and was just expecting just a cabin experience. We had no clue about all the activities that you could do. My niece had a blast! Definitely will be coming back.

This is our second time staying here. We rented a deluxe cabin with the bedroom and bunk room. We really liked the two air conditioners and stocked kitchen. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a minor issue at check in with our cabin, but it was fixed immediately. Fun community atmosphere, rented a bike car, kids rode the train too!

The staff was so kind and helpful. They worked hard to accommodate us and answer any questions we had. Our cabin was exactly what we had hoped for—plenty of space for sleeping and enjoyment. My only complaint would be the bathhouse facilities. There weren't enough toilets and showers for the location, and they were not regularly cleaned.

My family has been visiting this KOA for 15 years, this year we were absolutely disappointed and disgusted. Our cabin was dirty, smelled bad and had not been swept before our arrival. Each time we used the bathrooms they had sitting water and trash on the floors, they were humid and stinky, no toilet paper, only cold shower water. Campers behind us were loud and we could smell them smoking weed.

We had a great stay! Lots of fun things to do right at the KOA! We loved the location to be able to bike on the trail to get dinner or bike to the marina!

The cabins don't have A/C which end of July in Utah is miserable. The amenities also needed some work. The pools were filthy dirty and the mini golf section is completely falling apart. I think the price of cabin for what you get isn't worth it.

KOA BEAR LAKE IS MY MAIN STAY WHEN GOING TO THE LAKE. ALWAYS PLENTY OF FUN ACTIVITIES FOR THE KIDDIES. I ABSOLUTELY ADORE THE HOST JOANNE.. SHE ALWAYS MAKES YOU FEEL RIGHT AT HOME...ACTUALLY HAVE 3 MORE VISITS TO THIS KOA THIS YEAR..LOVE KOA BEAR LAKE

Stayed in basic cabin. Fun stay many activities, friendly staff. Only complaints, Very dusty with all the kid trains, atv’s, and dune buggies, need to routinely water down driveways. LOUD dune buggies rolling around late at night, security locks on restrooms why bother, never had to use code to enter. Many unsupervised children throughout campground particularly fooling around in the restrooms.

Love the amenities and activities at this campground! Makes for a relaxing stay for parents and fun stay for kids. We are making it our annual trip! Only thoughts are that I wish there were more of the studio half bath cabins, as those are perfect!

This was our fifth year having our family reunion there and we are coming back next year. We all enjoyed Garden City, the beach at Bear Lake, the KOA and all the activities.

Overall fantastic experience here at the KOA! Thank you for all that is done for the guests every day! We love the different events and activities. We had a couple of very cold showers that were difficult for our 11 month old. Not sure what a solution is for that but ideally luke warm water minimum is preferred with our baby…

Nice place. Big, lots of activity. Good place for young kids. The spots are pretty close together however. I'm sure we'd stay again.

2024 update- one of our favorite KOA's for sure! Love this place! FINALLY got into the spot with the treehouse. So much fun for the kids and you have your own gate around the whole thing. Mini putt putt golf, hot tub, treehouse, firepit, picnic table and grill. Employees are always really nice and helpful. Way fun to visit during the summer! There is a jumping pad, kids play area, pool.

We camp here every year! It's a little more pricey compared to other camping areas but there is SO much to do! We also always go to the lake and the ropes course nearby! We enjoy the many amenities and the daily activities they provide and the grocery store right next to it for items you forget. We liked that they have a dog park and clean bathrooms with solid hot water that are always stocked. The only downside is how close together the trailer pull through sites are-you share lawn space. We do like that there are a variety of ways to stay here so we can include our non-camping friends who stay in a cabin. Great weekend getaway that will wear out the kids!
