It's very difficult to see the entrance at dusk. It's very easy based on map directions to turn into the wrong parking lot. If you do, then a lady staying in one the trailers will come out yelling at you along with one of the KOA security staff. This KOA is in a strangle location. There is nothing to do here if you're over 8 years old. It's a tired campground and it's location was not for us.

So sorry that you turned into a private driveway in lieu of driving to our large parking lot. In 12 years no one has turned into that driveway. Sorry our campground was not for you. Hopefully you find what makes you happy

The bridge to go back to our stay was too narrow. The pad was gravel and the grassy areas were dead. For a holiday stay we expected a bit nicer place. The koa was a ways from from anywhere.

I'm sorry you're not enjoying you stay here. The grass you say is dead because it doesn't rain here in the summer, but it turns back to a beautiful green color in the winter. Look on the bright side.

Lovely clean site plenty of space between pitches. Very friendly staff willing to go above and beyond to help. Always see staff out and about making sure the site is clean.

The campground is clean, well maintained and well marked to get to. We found some of the staff were not so friendly and felt there were so many missed opportunities compared to other KOA's (store had minimal supplies etc.) The sites in the front shaded section felt like they were very small and you were on top of your neighbor.

Wow! Great staff, indoor pool, foam party, playgrounds, maze, store, laundry room etc. would definitely stay again Staff making sure grounds looked beautiful My 10 year old loved bike riding and playing in the creek. Blackberries everywhere too!

Well managed camp ground. There are some rules but it seems that rules keep the whole camping experience smooth and good. I do not know why there are some negative reviews on google reviews, but we gave this stay a 5 stars.

so much fun! loved the closeness of everything, very well staffed, all staff helpful, clean KOA, and fun activities (foam party was a blast). but we also loved the pool and walking in the creek, playing at the playground.

Clean and friendly, good sized level rv sites. Activities close early, pool hours are limited given it is indoors, and golf costs extra. Extra security is nice but the guest policy and check-in time enforcement is very limiting.

The stay was not bad. However it appears there are campers that are there long term and they were a rude and had dogs barking constantly.

Great park, well maintained. Just wish the showers were a little hotter. Otherwise we had a great stay. Perfect base for visiting the San Juan islands and the Cascades.

100% we will be going back. Nothing negative to mention. Camp sites and park was clean and in a beautiful part of Washington and offered a ton of kid friendly amenities.

It was Awesome BEST KOA out of all them ... The owners Howard and Sunni are the Best !!Staff is Awesome Ruthie and Carol in the office are the Nicest . Anytime you need something they are always willing to help . Park is Neat and clean very safe place to take your Family.. Bathrooms and facility is Sparkling clean..

We had our third stay of the year and it was very enjoyable. The staff were great in the office and out in the campground. Everything was neat and clean, and other campers all appeared to have a great time. We have already booked again to get another stay. We have camped at this KOA for at least 15 years and enjoy everything there is to do all around the area, from sights to food!

The spot was fine but the very first impression one always gets is the front desk. The 2 women seemed rigid (the older Caucasian more so) as I’d they’d prefer to not talk to you or have questions answered. The price of $82 per night was bad enough but they had charges to add for everything. Visitors $10/person & $5 for car. Neighbor had to pay $20 for arriving 2 hrs early.

This is our second time staying at this campground. We enjoy that it is quiet and there are lots of things for the kids to do.

The copious amounts of excessive rules and restrictions made this stay at an otherwise lovely park, unpleasant. Regulating the length of a dog leash, what firewood you can and can’t burn, and who may visit you at your campsite are all things I’ve never experienced in many, many years of camping. The overwhelming amount of rules and policing make guests feel unwelcome.

On the phone the staff were quite friendly, but in person they were very abrupt and rude. The upcharges were totally unreasonable, and restrictions on everything from visitors to firewood and pets were totally ridiculous! We will not return to this campground under any circumstances.

Office staff was very nice and helpful. A lot of rules but that made for an enjoyable stay. Grounds were nice considering it was mid-July. About 15-20 minutes from shopping/dining in Burlington/Mt Vernon areas. Nothing fancy about the sites - gravel pads and drives. Very little shade in the back area of the park.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The campground is very well run and it’s very clean and quiet. The location is ideal as it served as a hub for day travel to other locations in Washington.

Great campground, could be in a better spot and isn't close to Anacortes though. Lots of quiet, respectful campers there. It was my first time staying there and I had a nice spot under the trees, which was nice and shady. I took my dog and he stayed on a tether, we tried using the designated dog area but there were too many rocks.

Our site was much smaller than described to us when we called to schedule. The pool seemed to need cleaning as it was very dirty as was the bouncy house.

From the minute you drive through the locked gate, this KOA feels more like you are someone to be tolerated ran than welcomed. Signs everywhere, telling you what not to do, a security "patrol" busting rule-breakers and threats to fine you if yo charge your car here. We personally were told to get our stuff off the brown lawn. The place is pretty enough, only if it were just more friendly.

Rules for both of your complaints are clearly stated on our website,map &in the office. Your issue is with too many rules posted throughout the park,however you could not follow any of them.We do NOT allow charging electric vehicles!No rugs on grass?That rule is stated.Where is your love for nature?

Enjoyed stay. Something must be done about the German Shepherds across from main entrance! The owner seems indifferent to the disturbance this causes; especially to the KOA PAYING customers! Unpredictable barking is an annoyance. It's hurting this KOA's business. Please look into county/animal control assistance if possible. Thanx.

Our first stay at a KOA and, while our kids are adults now, we understand the value! A bit pricey but guaranteed comfort and lots of family/kids stuff to do. This campground had a nice patch of grass plus a patio with picnic table and, as rv campgrounds go, a not bad amount of space between you and your neighbors. Would definitely stay again!

I visited memorial Day weekend. The KOA was very busy, staff was pushed to the limits with bad weather. I gave the location a lower rating due to lack of available working toilets. Would have not been nice to have a squeegee available in the shower rooms. Sometimes when the stuff is too busy because of massive amount of people, ask campers will be happy to squeegee the wet floors. The staff did great. It was a very hard weekend and I have been an employee of resorts in the past doing bad weather. I totally understand their circumstances. It's not the staff that was the issue. The weather was the biggest hurdle

Stayed 5 nights the end of May. Very clean park, well maintained. Quiet and peaceful during our stay. Friendly staff who are very helpful. Spaces are large with picnic tables and fire pits, full hook ups, and most of them are pull through. Lots of amenities for families to have a great time during their stay. Playgrounds, mini golf, swimming, bicycle rentals. Beautiful grounds to stroll around, and watch Friday Creek run through the middle of the park!

It was our first time staying at the campground, and we were very impressed. The staff was super friendly and always ready to help. When I had an issue with my trailer, help was available when I needed it. The bathrooms and showers were super clean and well-lit. The campground's location was good, with Costco and other shops all within a 10 to 15-minute drive. We were extremely happy staying there and will definitely come back soon.
