Had a great time great campground one of the best except for lot 21 and I was next to friends of the owners they were quite annoying and loud till three in the morning

Great place to stay while visiting SW Michigan. Convenient to great beach towns. There were a lot of tenter families while we were there but they were respectful and seemed to enjoy themselves. The only reason for not getting a perfect score was the cost of the campsites. We are definitely returning next season!

Location was great, within 50 miles of Indiana Dunes National Park so we were able to fit that into our stay. Facility laundry and restrooms were immaculate. Would highly recommend this KOA

Beautiful Trees, full-service office/cafe. Clean restrooms, fun for children, all amenities were functional, good location, friendly and helpful staff. You can probably tell, we liked this KOA.

Coloma/ St. Joseph KOA is a fantastic campground to take your family. The campground provides numerous fun activities for children and the campground is so well kept. The staff was so welcoming and helpful.

Clean and tidy campground. Close to the beautiful Silver Beach park with wonderful beach in downtown St Joseph.

We had great weekend with family. The 2-bedroom cabins are wonderful! This is our 2nd year to stay in them, and we plan to come back next year. The cabins are clean, the beds comfortable and they are well stocked with everything but the food.

I only have two complaints. This was the 2nd time staying at this campground and overall I love it. 1st - we had one family constantly walk through and ride their bikes our campsite. We told the kids several times that it is rude to go through another campsite. Told an employee and he did nothing, just drove off on his golf cart. 2nd - jump pillow isn’t posted that if it’s wet, it’s not open

We are sorry our staff was not as responsive as they should have been. We will definitely reinforce how that should have been handled. As for the jumping pillow, with the potential injuries that could occur when it is wet, for safety sake, we must close it regardless of whether it is posted.

One of the better KOA’s we have stayed at. Facilities were great. Very clean bathrooms. Want to come back and stay in clamping tent. Only criticism is premium tent site advertised grass pad and it was entirely sand and dirt.

Thanks for being with us. The unfortunate thing about grass is, we have less of it when the hot summer days come. That being said, you're observation is fair, so we will update the description in order to better meet expectations.

It's very hard to find " Great Customer Service" However, we found it here! All employees are genuinely committed to making our stay the best experience it could be! They achieved it! We had a wonderful stay, the place is clean the grounds are well taken care of ! We will see you all again real soon! �ϋ�

We arrived on Labor Day to very helpful employees despite the busy weekend they had just had. The campground was beautiful with trees and well maintained. It’s evident they work to continually make upgrades. The restrooms were always clean. We appreciated the variety of games available, mini golf, carpet ball, etc. The hiking trail was also very nice. Very cute and friendly campground. A couple changes I'd wish for is #1. do something about the spots to make them less dusty and #2 have more open spots without tree interference for satellite reception...it's shady here. This campground has a lot of cute toys for the kiddos and a nice pool as well. The staff was very friendly, even though we were pretty tired and cranky when we pulled in.

The cabin was super cool and clean. The only complaint is the mattress is terrible. I feel like if it's 200ish a night it can have a real mattress. Other than that everyone was friendly and we will be back!

Exceptionally friendly staff from office to maintenance crew. They have the best ice cream, make sure you get some if you stay here. Beautiful grounds that are well kept with a nature trail easily walkable for us older adults. Sites are on the small size but typical of most KOA’s. The only negative is very pricey.

Thoroughly enjoyed all the improvements made since we last stayed there. Delivery service was great. Our grandson loved the playground and the bouncing area and the dogs, the dog park.

Horrible staff. Rude and literally waiting at the space 10 minutes before check out trying to blow off the space. The sites were empty after the holiday and still chased off the site. ALSO THE SITE AND BATH HOUSES WERE NO WHERE NEAR ADA FOR A WHEELCHAIR AND THE STAFF DIDNT HAVE ANYTHING AS TO WHY OR THAT THEY CARED ABOUT THE FACT MY CHAIR DIDNT WORK IN THE BATH HOUSE AND TH ERE WAS NO GRAB BARS

As the overwhelming majority of guests will attest, "horrible" hasn't ever been used to describe our staff. Our handicap-friendly restroom is equipped with grab bars by the toilet and chair in the shower, and we are always eager to help. We also needed to prepare your site for arriving guests.

Been coming here for years love this campground! Mark and Carla work hard to make you have a great time! We stay close to the pool area yet can still see the Grandkids play across the road on the basketball court and bounce pillow. We went fishing too! So much fun on holiday weekends.

Love staying at the Coloma KOA. Activities for the kids are good. Requests for firewood, ice and food are always prompt. Restrooms were kept clean even with the Labor Day weekend crowd. Pool is always clean too. Staff is friendly also.

We were on our way home to chicago and decided to check out this koa. This is one of the nicer campgrounds we have been to! The grounds are beautiful and well taken care of. Many amenities here that are also well taken care of. The staff is amazing!! Someone is always driving around picking up your garbage bags or delivering food or wood to your site. What was going to be a quick overnight turned into a four night stay! We highly recommend this koa!!

Stayed in the Deluxe Loft Cabin with my partner, 6 year old and dog and we had a blast. The cabin is perfect for camping folks who don't have a tent or camper and the paw pen is great for the dog. There are so many amenities on the campground that were a big kid hit, including the jump pillow, gem mining and the sandbox. The service of the staff was A+ as well, making a campground stay feel like a hotel vacation with campsite service. This was our first time camping as a family and definitely won't be our last at this location as it was everything and more that we could have wanted out of an authentic camping experience.
