The part we stayed in was pretty rustic and the whole place is surrounded by junky looking places. The hosts were great. Had ice cream when we arrived and waffles in the morning. They are trying very hard.

The man who checked us in was super nice and did a great job of checking us in. Grounds were clean. Neighborhood wasn’t nice, to no fault of the park.

Rate the staff a 10! The park is very clean especially as it is an older park. It could use a little updating but was a nice quiet place to get away for a couple days. Very close to Craters of the moon and just a couple of hours from 2 major national parks.

Staff were very friendly and facilities were adequate. The big problem is the location. It is surrounded by poorly maintained junky areas. I know you can't always pick your neighbors but this hurts what could be a beautiful location. They try hard but this is not a place I could recommend.

Our visit was one of the best customer service experiences in recent memory. The owners went above and beyond to be sure our stay was comfortable from check in to check out. We were provided a loaner tarp for our tent site when we realized we were without one and also received a complimentary waffle breakfast in the morning. Very caring and attentive staff; highly recommend you visit them!

The people were so nice and helpful. Everything was clean. Did a load of laundry, nice clean laundry room. It was great to have a kitchen, we had cheeseburgers and fries. Then in the morning, the provided free waffles and coffee?

It was a very quiet campground which isn't always the case. It was small in size but big in service. The staff were friendly and did a great job. Only downside was that the "heated" pool was never really heated. But all said and done we enjoyed ourselves immensely. Thank you.

Very clean cabin and bathroom. Owners and staff were very friendly and helpful. The mattresses in the cabin were thin and not very comfortable. Free waffles and coffee in the morning were a delight. Thank you for a great stay!

The place looked like a hate crime waiting to happen. Had trailers with political messages on them making the area feel extremely uncomfortable and hostile. (The trailers weren't on the property itself. It seemed like neighbors to the campgrounds had them) When we arrived, I couldn't find an envelope with my info so we called the person in charge and he came down to help. Very nice gentleman.

Besides being there for 3 days and seeing the same debris on the floor in the bathroom and cold showers as well as someone stole my camp chair. It would have been nice if the owner even cared about that. Waited to ask him if anyone turned it in (hoping for the best). He never showed up to the store that was suppose to open at 8am. Waited till 10am, no one! Called and he finally answered around 10a

Good check-in. The facilities needed maintenance. The grass was long and tree branches littered the ground. The "open" sign on the office door was on all the time and we observed several people attempting to enter when the office was not manned.

Excellent stay with friendly service. I would give five stars but the pool wasn’t open. I’m sure that it was because of the early season stay and that it would be opening soon.

Camp needs some maintenance. Grass was over grown and tables were broken or missing. Unexpected for a KOA which is usually top notch. Laundry was clean and staff was friendly and helpful.

All the hosts here are some of the kindest people you'll meet. They have waffles, ice cream socials, and will make and deliver dinner straight to your campsite. And the prices are reasonable. The campground, pools, and surround facilities are clean. There are showers, a utility sink, and laundry facilities. The neighboring property (named “HONEYS Overpriced Gated Dry Dusty Bumpy Rarely Level Field Camp and Dog Park”) is beyond the KOA's control. There are abandoned trailers and buses on the neighboring property that are spray painted with messages that ask people to join them for the National Anthem (which is more of an order than a request). The fence between the two properties is barbed wire and there are handwritten signs on the other side of the fence that say “Redneck Demilitarized Zone” and “Land Mines in Use”. We stayed in the furthest corner of the tent sites and weren't bothered by anyone. But every morning at 9:00 am, HONEYS plays “Reveille” and at 9:00 pm, they play “Retreat” and IDK if someone is singing into a karaoke machine or if it's a tape deck, but the “Retreat” is followed by “The Star Spangled Banner”. (Like I said, the message spray painted on the surrounding structures is more of an order, not an invitation.) I hesitated to include that because none of that is KOA's fault, but guests should know.

We were pleasantly surprised with the hospitality at the Arco KOA. Prices were great and they had everything we needed. It was clean and well maintained.

Had a great stay last night! Booked a tent site but it was extremely windy and decided to get a cabin instead. The hosts and staff were all very friendly and welcoming for me and my dog. Will stay here again for sure!
