Bathroom floor falling thru, double doors wouldn’t close all the way, had to mop the floors filthy, air condition struggled to keep temperature, musty smell. Grounds were nice and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful especially at check in.

We stayed 4 nights over the Labor Day weekend. Our small deluxe cabin was clean and comfortable. The campground was quiet. Very enjoyable stay! We highly recommend this KOA!

Exceptionally well maintained campground and facilities. We stayed in a deluxe cabin which had everything we needed for a great stay. The A/C in the cabin worked very well, which was essential in the Florida heat. Pool had good hours, which was very handy after long days at the theme parks. Staff were helpful and friendly. Will definitely come back/recommend this KOA.

I wasn't really thrilled to find a pubic hair on the toilet seat. And when I told the lady at the desk she said "oh no matter how much we clean sometimes we miss things". I wasn't really thrilled to hear her say that. If my Wife would have found that, it would have been a deal breaker, but I removed it before she could see it. Other than that everything was great.

This is a great KOA! Stayed in the cabins while visiting the parks. Very clean and staff is great. Highly recommend.

Cabin #302 had a few issues. The ceiling above the fan in the bedroom was covered in dust. Both fans in the cabin were loud and wobbly I had to turn them off for the entire visit. The sofa bed was incredibly uncomfortable, you could feel the springs. The TV in bedroom was not viewable due to static. The lights above the bed were way too close for comfort, hit my head a few times. All else great!

Amazing! We have stayed here many times and always enjoy our time there. The new improvements in outdoor furniture and campsites are wonderful. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Cabins are clean. No complaints here.

No A/C unit in bedroom with half bath in deluxe cabin, heat was not on and staff blamed it on heat outside. We were sweating at bedtime therefore, quite miserable. No parking on site for second vehicle.

Overall, very clean and kid friendly. The pool was amazing and the staff were friendly! The price was reasonable! The only critiques are that the wifi barely worked, one of our window air conditioners did not get very cold so the cabin remained stuffy, and the grill did not work correctly (only one side of it worked).

Our go to KOA in central Florida. We’ve stayed here for four days in one of their cabins so we could visit our doctors. Now today we are coming back with our motor home as a stop over on our way north. We love the staff and the convenience of their location.

My family and I enjoy it very much, we stayed at a cabin and it was perfect, super clean and cozy, The only thing was the living room AC wasn’t cold enough to cool down the small room were the bump beds are, so it was steaming hot, specially this past weekend that it was super hot. Other than that we have a pleasant experience, thank you so much, we definitely will come back.

We stayed in a 4 person Kanin with restroom. The beds were comfortable. The shower was so nice to have in our room. Enjoyed having a kitchenette. Very nice place to stay.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating when it came to changing my reservation from no pet to pet 24hr before check-in. The campsite is close to Disney without a steep price tag. The facility was clean, well maintained, and very peaceful. Would stay again.

The place was great overall! We wish our BBQ grill wasn't broken. Our AC was leaking so bad. We also had dirty dishes.

We stayed in a cabin and it was perfect for our needs. Everything was clean and neat and the amenities provided were much more than I expected. The pool was one of the cleanest community pools I’ve seen. The entire campground area was well maintained. We would definitely stay here again.

So far this was the beautiful & perfect place we stayed in all the KOA we stayed & experienced, except sofa bed sheet was not tidy & not comfortable enough to sleep. But we definitely gonna come back again & recommend this place.

Always love staying at this KOA. The campground is in great location and everything that you want to do is close by.. Some suggestions is the office to be open just a little longer maybe to 7pm or 8pm and also coin change machine in the laundry room. Other than that had a good time renting a cabin here.

My cabin was on poor conditions. The door was out of alignment and difficult to close. The floor in the bathroom was about to break and it seem as the under was giving way. The out porch the top rail was of rotten wood and not appealing.tja park overall looked good and clean. Pool area was very nice

This a very nice family friendly area. Lots of kids and dogs. We rented a cabin and it was great except the electric going out. It is very crowded. But the pool and hot tub were nice.

Loved the place however there’s no activities to do inside the campus even though there’s a nice space next to the pool to do so.

The campground was very clean and well maintained. The cabin was comfy and quiet. Had a small issue with the a/c leaking and unfortunately it never did stop while I was there, but the staff was very accommodating and did what they could to make me feel comfortable during the stay. We will be back for sure.

We had a nice stay. They do need to clean the cobwebs off the walls and ceiling fan and other places. There was no silverware, bowls or plates, so take some of you plan to eat in your cabin. They do have a Keurig, fridge and microwave and some glasses.

I brought my grandkids and stayed in deluxe cabin. The cabin was great and kids really enjoyed the pool. Very clean and well maintained. Staff was very friendly and helpfull. Great stay.

Great stay wish they had of disclosed they were working and cutting concrete beside the tent area. Nice bathrooms with cleanish showers. Random people just came into the area though an started using out electric plug when my husband said someyhing they kept saying they do it all yhe time. Also quiet hours really dont apply and the pool was so salty people kept guessing was it a salt filter pool.

The cabins are beautiful, well stocked and clean! We had everything we needed. There are soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the cabins, along with dish detergent, K-cups, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and fridge. We did have to contact maintenance for an issue, and the staff was very nice and helpful. Maintenance arrived very quickly (even on Saturday), addressed the issue and immediately made sure we were satisfied. The pool area was clean and well maintained. The store had a lot of options in case you forgot something at home or wanted snacks. We saw staff riding around to check on everyone. The K-9 area was clean and well kept as well as the playground area for children. We will certainly be back to stay again.
