Great campground. Wished we could have stayed longer

Very clean, very accommodating, nice to have the shuttle to puck you up for the island. We had a very nice stay and lived the grill & patio. We didn't have to pull anything from our motorhome.

Wooded and peaceful setting. There is access to a bike trail that goes into Macinaw City and beyond.

It's obvious that there has been a significant effort of improving the campground in the recent 3 years. I will continue to return as the effort to maintain and improve is evident. I particularly applaud the hard-packed roads and campsites, as too often they are loose gravel and/or mud and sand pits at other campgrounds.

Very nice campground with all needed amenities. Great staff. Very conveniently located to the ferry to Mackinac Island. They can sell you tickets at the campground and arrange the free shuttle service to and from. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice clean park. It’s quiet since it’s far enough away from I-75. We would certainly stay again. The only complaint is the bathhouse showers the changing room is tiny and there is no place to set a gym bag.

Grounds were well maintained and staff was really friendly and helpful. Shuttle service makes it a snap to go downtown and return to the campground. Laundry facilities were satisfactory however, the unisex showers were hard used, dark, cramped, and not very clean. We chose to shower in our camper van instead.

Great KOA….we had a great stay. The staff were great, Our site was clean and very well setup. The park is right in the middle of all activities. Loved the fact that getting tickets and shuttle for the ferry to Mackinaw Island. We extended our stay a few days. Will be back!

easy check in, very very friendly to big rigs. Close to all activities, added bonus, Sheplers sends a shuttle directly to the campground.

Beautiful campground with awesome friendly staff. We have stayed here in the past it is one of my favorite KOAs. It’s quite clean and well ran. No mud with all the weather we have experienced. Thank you

Fantastic park. Roads are pothole free and trees have been trimmed so there is no problems getting to your site. Gravel sites are level and free of ruts or potholes. Great ownera and staff.

Only stayed 2 days. I'm very inexperienced in backing a camper into a site. Our escort, who showed us where our site was, guided me through that process in pouring rain, and had me perfectly in place in about 2 minutes. I can't emphasize enough how grateful my wife and I were with that. Bathrooms were super clean. A very enjoyable experience. Thank you! Thank you!

Most AWSOME. Made us feel at home. Great facility and getting better all the time. We have made this an annual trip to this campground and plan to continue. Our Fall home. The entire staff is wonderful. The I net is outstanding and even the cable tv is good.

Very nice campground, clean and quiet. Had a few problems with my camper van and two different male staff members came to help me quickly each time. Very friendly staff. Would stay there again.

The staff and location of this KOA really make it stand apart from the rest! The dog park was of adequate size and even had trees in it, which you rarely see. We enjoyed the nature trail and found the facilities to be well maintained. The laundry room had more than enough washers and dryers. WiFi worked great and AT&T cell signal was ok. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved that KOA! Super friendly service, large level lots. Everything neat and clean. Close to trails, there is even a beach down the road! Great amenities!
