Campground Reviews

Restrooms smelly. Laundry facilities are not up to par. When asking the office about the broken washers they replied “the machines are not ours”. We called the company and of course it’s the weekend. Nobody to speak with. Sites are pretty small and are all rock.

Came in late, but they have an easy way for late comers to register. Really nice, clean and organized campground.

Wow! The improvements at this KOA the last two years is phenomenal. Would love to see a larger dog area with a light at night. Hard to pick up what you can’t see staff was great. Everything was nice and clean. Drive in is kind of a pain at this time, but I would do it again.

Just a fast overnight stay SLC to SE AZ. This KOA is always clean and easy to pull into off the busy I-15 HWY!

We just stayed over night, but I was just a nice experience. Park was clean, we came in after hours and was easy to find our spot. Park staff was very friendly the next day. Thank you for great experience!!!

We only stayed one night just passing thru. The camp ground was good. But there was a fair bit of noise from the freeway

We were in site 99. No phone, or tv signals. WiFi spotty. Bird poop all over vehicles. We’ve stayed before and we will stay again as long as we don’t get put in site 99 !

Stayed 5 nights over Thanksgiving week. Clean cabin. Plenty of room inside with nice amenities. Location between St George and Cedar City was perfect for our needs.

The stay was nice. Thanksgiving week so there were no hosts to check us in. no problem. The space we were in had a large tree hanging over it which caused me to have to back out of it rather than pull through. Again, not a big deal.

We were pretty disappointed with our experience at this KOA. The bathrooms were in very bad shape and had a terrible odor coming from the sewage (a couple toilets were very loose). Showers were pretty run down and not kept clean. Lots of highway traffic noise at all hours, not terrible but definitely always can hear it. They do have a great seemingly new playground which the kids enjoyed.

Nice spot didn’t stay long as we used it for overnight sleep spot in our way through to Montana but easy in and out clean and quiet check in was real easy pulled in at 1am and they had our reservations waiting for us

The staff is excellent, friendly and helpful. We utilized the clubhouse quite a bit the kids love the games, but need new ping pong paddles, pool cues and vacuum more frequently. We loved having fires and looking over the mountains. Kids enjoyed riding the new double bicycles with other kids staying in the park. Bathrooms need new paint and hooks for towels and multiple curtains missing.

After hours check in was so easy! It’s a warm kiosk up front that’s well-lit. The campground is super clean and spacious. We’ll be back!

One day I was there, no toilet paper in one toilet and the other was clogged, so that was annoying

Restrooms dirty ENTIRE WEEK! Management has let them go for so long they need a pressure wash & and employees that will take care of them. TP, paper towels and clean counters (they are new) is not enough to make up for the dirty unsanitary showers, toilets and stalls & floors, walls...list goes on! BTW met Manager and housekeeper who were not interested! Other KOA's we visit are CLEAN:)

Sites were covered in sharp gravel, the dog park was made of red mud that was watered nightly so you were guaranteed red clay mud prints in your RV. The Wi-Fi was very week and there was no cable or air tv. Stasis was super friendly and lovely to talk with. Facilities were clean and staff worked hard with what they have.

We had a nice stay -- not our first at this location. We like that it is in a beautiful area with the Red Cliffs right across the way and has easy access to shopping in St. George and Hurricane. It's well-run and well cared-for. Only gripe: We couldn't use the laundry this time because they switched to a reloadable card system and were out of cards. Otherwise we are fans and will likely return.

Our cabin was very clean and the KOA personnel most helpful.

We went for our first time to this KOA it was amazing. Staff was very friendly. We thought next time get a spot at Quail Creek State Park but sites to much asphalt and would burn our Bella's feet. So this is where we would go and just get day passes. Close to Walmart and liquor store god knows us old folks do like to drink. They do need soda pop machines.

Positives: VIEWS ARE INCREDIBLE! Spot 145 is best spot. Back-in to mountain and double car parking with tons of elbow room! (We have a 17' camper.) Negatives: WORST INTERNET ON THE PLANET! Laundry system is managed by an app and/or a prepaid laundry card! AWFUL SYSTEM! Trying to download app with their Wi-Fi took 20 minutes. The prepaid card system in the laundry room was out of cards! Directions were HORRIBLE! FINALLY, heavy construction all around campground can be challenging to figure out! West 5300 was scary…One way only but NO flag men to keep knuckle heads from making it a two way!!! Don't use this road unless going to Quail Park!!!!!
