First trip to the west and certainly don't find all the rock and dust inviting. Pool and hot tub was nice. Staff in the store were very polite. Not so much for the staff out and about the campground. If passing by might stop for a night but that's it. The weather was fantastic, really like the nice cool mornings.

No showers near our tent site and the shower I did find was dirty. Sites were small but the bathrooms were new and clean.

We had a great two nights there and saw the spectacular Grand Canyon. Our cabin was conveniently located near the bathrooms. The bathrooms were clean. We stayed from a Wednesday to Friday and it wasn’t overly crowded. The laundry was near the pool- so we could relax while we washed and dried two loads.

The campground set up was very nice. The bathrooms need attention on a daily basis. The low water pressure was a little annoying. But overall we had a wonderful stay.

It was a great stay had a good time no complaints. I just wish that the coffee was hot when I got it. I got it around 11 AM and it was barely hot. I wish you guys sold tea and hot chocolate in boxes for families to buy. And if they had a basketball court, that be great, a bigger a bigger playground would be good for the kids.

Nice enough but too far out of town of Williams and a long drive to the Grand Canyon. Ample washrooms but no cell service and very intermittent wifi

No cell service so no contact with security if needed Whether back home security system or family.. Local wifi marginal at best. Won't stay there again.

The office people were great and polite. On our second day we were gone and someone stole items off our trailer. The morning we left, there was very little space for maneuvering the trailer out of the campground. Many people were parked blocking the roadway. The spaces are very close together.

It was a nice stay. It wasn’t as congested as the Circle Pines KOA up the road. There was a septic smell that blew in regularly. Our site wasn’t level and the road behind us was a bit noisy, but it was an enjoyable stay and close to Williams which was a nice little town with plenty of things to see and do. We would stay at Journey again when visiting the Grand Canyon.

All went smoothly, great staff, quieter than most other KOA's we've stayed at. Perfect location for a Grand Canyon day trip or wandering to Williams. The only reason we do not rat it 5 stars is how tight the spaces are. We had to move the picnic table and fire ring to be able to park our small dingy vehicle with the motorhome.

Close to everything we wanted to visit, so was very convenient. Realized we had lost a set of camper keys after we had left. We called Jan and she was very helpful in getting them returned to us!

We weren’t allowed to make a fire That wind was terrible, but it wasn't because other people had a fire already. When we returned to that store to return that handle, that lady gave us an attitude for returning that bundle. Like it was my fault, these people need to get it together.

We enjoyed our stay at Grand Canyon/Willliams KOA. It is located in a great spot where you are close to Williams for essentials and dining choices and it’s reasonably close to the Grand Canyon for a day trip. We especially liked the dog park. It was large enough for our two dogs to expel energy. The highlight of our stay occurred when we ordered specialty coffee from the coffee cart. Delicio

Great staff, quiet, nice pool & spa, large premium spots Con No Cell Service in the spots. We are in our late 70s and when we camp in our RV we prefer the comforts of home. We need to transfer our dis service from home to our new location. In order to do that, we need to turn on the TV while speaking to Dish on the phone. No cell service means No TV! Another good feature is their coffee bar

Although we did not stay there because of a high wind advisory I cannot recommend this park highly enough. Our Aliner camper is susceptible to high winds, so we opted for a hotel in nearby Williams AZ rather than risk setting up in gusty conditions. In the meantime, I canceled, uncanceled, then canceled again due to our uncertainty of the forecast. The lady I spoke could not have been nicer. We stopped in so I could apologize in person for the confusion I caused, so we got a chance to view the campground. It is lovely,and well-maintained. I'm sorry we were unable to stay there; but, the prospect of tropical storm force wind gusts forced us to make other plans.
