Our water spigot was missing a part and they fixed it right away. The pool hours need to be longer but the campsites were great.

We did not enjoy our stay. Our site was in a parking lot. Although they tried to make the spots a campsite, it was still a gravel parking lot. Lots of dust from passing golf carts and cars. Very little space as well for parking your MH and your toad. I believe this was an overflow area of the campground. The fee for this site was high for the space allotted. Would not stay again!

We had a very late check in and we were able to connect our RV without problem. Next time we would prefer a more level spot since the camper is longer. The staff was friendly and the campgrounds and bathrooms were clean.

Good stay. They are making improvements to the water system which is helping pressure. WiFi seemed spottier than usual (I know, it’s camping, but have to work too!). Text message update system works well.

Park was not close to full capacity. The two campsites right next to us had three cars each and three tents on each site. It was a large group! Why was this permitted by management!

We loved this campground and their shaded spots!! We enjoyed all the staff and how helpful and friendly they were and even spoke to some a length like Chris by the jumping pillow. They had a great pancake breakfast on the weekend mornings. They had so many activities and things to do with your famly!!

We love the free pancakes and the family friendly atmosphere of this KOA. It was the prefect small getaway and first camping experience for our kids. The jumping pillow and store was the highlight . Staff was super friendly and helpful and the campground was clean and bathrooms were clean !

We stayed in the k114 cabin. Everything was great. But you really need to upgrade the mattresses. I worked there 15years ago and you have the same ones. Very uncomfortable but everything else was great. The band and stuff your own animal was the best. Over all I give are stay a 10. JUST UPGRADE THE MATTRESSES!

The place needs a serious updating shuffleboard courts. No nothing happening basketball cards look horrible. The pond is actually disgusting. Looks like a septic tank. The place is seriously outdated.

We had a very nice stay. We only stayed one night, passing through traveling home to Massachusetts. The site was a pull through. Will stay again.

Quick overnight stay. Arrived late and everything was ready for us. Found our site, hooked up the electric and was off the next morning.

We came memorial weekend. The pool was not open yet. One pool looked like a science project. Your website is advertising rock wall, bike rentals and pool. None of which were available. There used to be more activities. No dog park. Minigolf not up and running. And we still paid top dollar for weekend. Management should be more prepared for such a big weekend

This is the 3rd year staying over Memorial Day weekend. Every year on the Friday of the weekend the staff is frantically trying to get the pools ready and the decks cleaned up. It doesn’t happen overnight! The pools are dirty and freezing cold from filling them at the last minute. They charge premium rates for the weekend and every year they are not ready. There were clearly carpenter bees or ants infesting our cabin. We had sawdust on our bed every morning from something burrowing into the ceiling. There were also holes in the walls that were only fixed by shoving steel wool into them. Lastly, the screens on the windows were being held on with packing tape. For the amount of money we are charged, this is unacceptable.

Friendly staff, too many caterpilllars literally falling on us. Never seen that before in the 4 years we’ve been coming. Bathroom issues- men’s bathroom: one toilet kept breaking, one sink didn’t work and the floor was always wet and gross.

The campground are great. The cabin we stayed in KL3, needs an update. The queen mattress is not good. The couch is original to the cabin. The tv's need to be replaced. Not many pots to cook with & there are not many cooking utensils.

Overall we had a good time. However, we were disappointed in the pool situation. One pool not open at all, and the other not open until Saturday. Too many people for both pools not being available.

Site 11 had their music blasting all day on Sunday. It was so loud that we couldn't even put our own music on our site. Friends actually left early because of it. Reported it to multiple staff but they continued to play that extremely loud music until 10pm.

To have 2-3 non working showers at all times during an expensive holiday weekend is unacceptable. I tried to take a shower at 1:45am one night and there was a line. The women's room had no soap from Sunday night til the time I left on Monday which was just after a cleaning. You keep raising prices but take away things like garbage bags and tablecloths. And now check in is one hour later.

Very nice KOA with lots of activities... extremely family friendly... spaces are mostly private due to lots of natural growth... with that growth comes lots of bugs around the campsite and saw quite a bit of poison ivy just off the main path so could use a little clean up of the growth to keep everyone safe. Staff was super nice and responsive.

We stayed here because we wanted to visit the nearby Angry Orchard and take the tour of their tasting treehouse. We had an electrical issue at our site. I contacted the office. They were very responsive and someone came out to address this within 5 minutes. That staff member was helpful and knowledgeable. The problem was quickly corrected and we had no trouble for the rest of our stay. Our site was nice. We picked a corner which was a pull through. It was a little smaller because of this but there were many sites much larger to choose from. There are 2 pools. They are a bit dated but clean and a nice cool down spot. They had the basics in the store and delivered our firewood. On the weekends they had breakfast being served over at the pool. This was a welcome surprise. They also had firetruck rides and cabins. I took some pictures of those for a potential group trip we are planning. They have a dog park as well. I also took a picture of site 148 across from us. It is a premium site with gas grill, bench by the fire and patio furniture with a concrete pad. We would definitely return.

Beautiful, relaxing park in the woods! Gals in the office bent over backward to move us to a spot that would fit our large big rig camper better that the spot that we had picked. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Bravo!
