The cabin was clean and just what we needed for a late night stop over. The bed was super comfy. The Americana theme was cute and tied in well with the military base near by and it was close to food options.

Very pleasant, clean, and relaxing. Stayed on the Quad and had a big back yard.

Sat in the middle of a parking lot on a teeny tiny site with half a picnic table and no fire pit. Nothing to do at the site. Not well maintained......pond swampy with dried up area with a bridge that is dilapidated. Man working in the office not friendly. Very sorry we chose this place to stay 4 nights but being a KOA we expected much more than we recieved.

This KOA is very clean and all of the sites are kept tidy and organized, even the seasonal sites. The roads are paved and the pads are concrete. The staff was super helpful and friendly. We will definitely stop there again the next time we are in the area.

We stayed for approximately 2 years and I must say the staff and owner were top notch (Lori, Tony, Jeff). The grounds: clean and well maintained. The pond is full of fish that will follow you around. It is very convenient to Ft.Rucker where my husband was building the Sgt. Benny Adkins Assisted Living Facility. If we find ourselves in the Ozark area again we would definitely stay at this KOA.

In tight spaces, the host almost leads the neighboring 5th wheel to pull out our awning. Luckily, we were able to stop the driver in time. She later called us to see if we could pick up some dinner for her; that was slightly different. The dog park needs some serious TLC. Other campers had fences when big, bold letters on the rules stated no fences. The camp was nice. Nice Pool. Nice bathroom

Sites are very very narrow and close together couldn't put awnings or slideouts out, the lady was not very helpful she was sort of friendly. It was very cute campground with nice concrete pads.

Overnight stay while traveling through Alabama. We have stayed at this location several times and have not been disappointed. The sites were clean, as were the bathrooms/showers. The staff were friendly and accommodating (we had to change reservation twice). Would definitely recommend this location.

Nice place, good sites, shade, nice pond with a walkway around it. Restrooms were very clean and stocked with soap and TP. Folks on site were very friendly and helpful.

Fort Ruckers, KOA is one of the best RV campsites my wife and I have ever been to the staff is amazing they go above and beyond to make sure you stay is wonderful. Beautiful place. We had the best spot!! Came in late and with no reservations due to blowout on the road. They accomadated us for several days!

We arrived after dark and couldn’t find our site. Some young, VERY kind young men and women came to help us find our space and guide us in! Military families training to fly Black Hawk helicopters. Kind, humble, smart and selfless. Wow!

Our stop-over en route to & fro Indian Pass, Port St. Joe, FLA, 4 years running! (nicknamed Rucker @ Fort O'zark or Bama RukArk - BRA) Consistently, the grounds are landscaped & clean, as is bath house & laundry, well-lit, easy to navigate & maneuver. They like furry pet travellers but not inconsiderate owners - carry poop bags on walks !! Dancing colored lights across the pond make mood for twilight romance! Staff is top-notch, too. Made reservations for our Fifth Year, Summer 2025. Highly recommend a visit! Melinda G. Nashville, TN

Good place to stop for sure. We only got to be there one night, but our site was ready for us, and it was level and easy in and out in the morning. The dog park was well lit and plenty big. The little pond was nice and lit up at night.

Ozark / Fort Rucker KOA in Ozark, Alabama had clean bathrooms and well keep sites. Four bar internet with plenty of TV stations. They also had a very good dog park. #2
