Except for the massive amount of flies everywhere, it was a fine stay. Could not sit out side comfortably. TV reception for cable and over the air were terrible.

Our stay was great! Although we had yo fill our propane on out camper, paid for 2 tanks to be filled and only actually needed 1 to be fully filled and the 2nd one just needed very little, but no refund at all. I over paid, and no refund! Would like a refund for the 2nd tank.

Our site was a great pull thru with lots of room in between neighboring sites. Staff were often driving around checking on things. There are many areas to walk with the dog. Mini golf is cute & the area containing jump & splash pad is a pleasant place to hang out. Porch by the office is great place to have ice cream. Wish the pavilion was used more, especially for bingo. We always love coming here because of the location, the kids activities, and theres a lot to do at the campground! The only reason I didn’t give a 10/10 and 5/5 star rating is due to the lack of maintenance this stay. There’s a wasps nest and birds nest in the playset on the playground. The grass wasn’t taken care of so a few of us were stung by bees on our ankles. Overall we still enjoy it

I like the fact that someone escorted me to out campsite and helped me get lined up with the utilities. Other campgrounds just give you a map and a smile. One think I did not like was the traffic noise. The serenity of camping beside the river was constantly interrupted by loud motorcycles, semi's and an occasional tractor. It is what it is.

We stayed Memorial Day weekend. The site was level and clean. The activities were great for the grandkids. The food from the store was good and delivered quickly. The ice cream was awesome!

Great overnight stay! Easy in and out, friendly staff with curbside check in and escort to your site. Pull thru site we had was narrow but very long-perfect for our 5th wheel and truck. Onsite restaurant, activities for kids. We were just passing through but will certainly be back.

Loved the campground. Quiet. Lots of hiking trails. Camp store well stocked. Food at deli was great. Ice cream was great too. We will definitely be back.

Overnight stay ! Site 85 was a disgrace to KOA . Patio covered in rocks and grass not just a little a lot I used my own leaf blower to clean off ! I under stand busyWeekend ! But let’s check sites a little better. Best Regards Richie Morgan

Great place nice people, even the food was great, but the truck traffic passing the camp ground was loud throughout the night. If you have a class A and sealed up tight it might be great place. This time of year I love to sleep with the windows open. We left early 6:30 am.

It was fine. We did not have cable and when my husband reported it, they said someone would be over to fix. No one ever came, and the office closed so we weren't able to resolve. Hopefully it was fixed for the next camper.

Nice campground. It was very clean. Close to Interstate makes it convenient for travellers. It’s a bit of an internet dead spot. Cellular barely gave me two bars LTE. There Wifi didn’t work any better. That was the only disappointment.

Thank you for your feedback, we try to improve everyday so Wifi will definately be looked at, but cellular is surprising because we are not remote and it has never been a problem. I would check with your carrier.

This was our first camping trip in many years in a new travel trailer. It was nice to get back outside again we camped when our kids were small so it's been a long time coming. We enjoyed the campsite it was neat and clean the store was easily accessible and so was the dog park. The only thing I can say that was not pleasant was the site was right by the road and traffic noise was unpleasant.

We often stay at this campground on our way through the area! Level and easy pull through sites. Pleasant and helpful staff. Nice store and deli and delicious ice cream.

Loved the dog park. It wasn’t cluttered with agility gear which I’ve never seen a guest use. Wish you had more garbage and pet waste drop off locations like Natural Bridge VA KOA has.

We have stayed here many times and it’s always been great. However this last time we found the grounds were not as well kept. Grass at sites and in dog park was very high. May have been a previous rainy week with mowing thrown off schedule, but perhaps more frequent mowing needed.

Unable to park in site correctly given ,due to water pipe bent,and "patio" concrete pad too high to allow steps to go down and door to close. Person escorting to our site was aware of problem. I feel a discount should have been offered.

It was pleasant except for the roads - it was like a muddy swamp on most of them. It's not a huge campground...perhaps paving the roads would be a wise and cost efficient idea? I do plan on coming back, that wasn't a complete game changer for me...although with the heat of summer around the corner if there is a nearby place with a pool that is where I will choose before this camp.

Grass not cut. Cable TV grainy. Cap on sewer hookup wasn't threaded. No garbage pickup at site. Breakfast Cafe used to open at 7 or 8 am. Now it's 9 am.

It was just an overnight stay, but everything was handled great. They had our paperwork ready, and escorted us to our lot which was huge, I have 50 feet and easily fit our RV and trailer with ample room to spare. Services were in good shape and working order. Quite hours were observed and the stay was pleasant!

Our family LOVES going to the Jonestown/Hershey KOA. The staff is great and very accommodating. The store has great food and ice cream. Our dogs enjoy getting pup cups when we are there. The manager really enjoys her job and is friendly to all the guests. She is top notch!!!
