The location is less than ideal, with not much scenery around and loud trains that border the campground. The pool was closed on the first weekend it was supposed to be open. The volleyball net was actually just 1 piece of string for a "net." The grass at the campsite was mostly weeds. There was remodeling going on so most things were closed, we should have gotten at least a discount.

We Love this RV Park, staying here whenever we're in the area. Staff is always friendly and always give us our preferred site. Amenities building is always clean, even when park is busy. Priced right. Happy "Spokane KOA" Campers :)

Lots of potential in this little park, but the pitch raining down from the trees was not a good surprise in the morning, tho I'm sure those trees are lovely in Fall!! Also, the sites are just too small with water, septic and fire pits actually inches away from our neighbors area and when they had a fire in SUCH close quarters we were actually concerned it could scorch our slide out. Not a good fit

My site information was not left for me. I parked and stayed in some random spot because nobody returned calls or texts. Only to be woken up repeatedly freight trains. Website should mention the train at the very least. Two thumbs down

It was dusty and the sites were very tight. It was unfortunate that the pool closed so early so we weren't able to use it. The bathrooms were very dirty. I don't know if it was the right fit for us, but may be for others.

No hot water in Deluxe Cabin #1. Good hot water in Deluxe Cabin #4. Swimming pool was not open and that was a disappointment.

Busy but nonetheless quiet. We didn't realise the dog park was at the front by the exit. If I was told about it I didn't realise. Please update your park map to reflect this.

The staff was excellent. The tent structure was dangerous (Exposed metal that was sharp. Someone put duct tape at one time to make it a little safer but duct tape was coming off. ) and the site was being renovated, therefore, the pool was out of commission. The dish washing station had no running water.

Not our best experience. Our site was weeds & mud. Several of our neighbors made us feel uncomfortable. The train noise is insane! Not allowing dogs to potty at your site is extremely inconvenient!! The shower house gave us the creeps.

Front Desk people were helpful and courtious. Grounds were clean and well kept. Enjoyed seeing a variety of campers, from tents, all sizes and types of RVs, to people staying in nice cabins. Great location in Spokane Valley - we'll be back.

I understand that you are renovating the restrooms/showers and that is a good thing. However, I believe that you should provide portable toilets in the interim so guests are not required to walk to the other end of the campground to use the restroom. Additionaly, there was the issue with the inability to secure the cabin windows closed, resulting in a cross draft, which we spoke about in person.

Fire pits were not cleaned out, bathrooms were dirty with no soap in men’s, dumpster full so nowhere to put trash and sites near office are too small to enjoy. We were deeply disappointed. Not up to KOA Journey standards - even at $50 a night.

We have stayed here many times in both an RV and the deluxe cabins. This time we were very disappointed in the cleanliness of the cabin, the general run-down feel and the terrible mattress on the bed. The BBQ was in no shape for anyone to use. The location of the campground is excellent as it is close by to the Centennial Trail where we come to bike. The staff were friendly and helpful.

It's a little rough but should be a lot nicer once all of the renovations are completed. A year or so out, Tucker and I will be back for sure. Oh and the staff is and are great to work with.

The staff was super helpful and friendly. The office has shortened hours like some other campgrounds we’ve stayed in (short staffed). The spaces are really small and we were put back with the permanents. A lot of them smoke and the small spaces make it really hard if you’re allergic to cigarette smoke. The restrooms are in bad need of updates but you can tell the staff are doing the best they

The staff was friendly and very accommodating. They are currently undergoing well needed renovations. The restrooms at the main building are closed and the ones at the pavilion are older and need renovation as well. I’m sure it will be great when the renovations are finished. They had a great dog area! The main down side was trains ran through the area all night.

Early in the summer season, camp was quiet and in a great location to visit family in the area. Staff was great to work with and even though it was under construction it appears they are making good changes. Looking forward to staying there again. We attended a wedding of my Grandson so it worked perfect for us. Thanks!

Old bathrooms w/ poor housekeeping. Small spaces make it feel crowded. Small space to walk dogs The sinks for washing dishes out of order.

Not as well maintained as other KOA. Grass was very long, garbage in the fire pits. When a campground is not being maintained, the campers are lax as well. With the lack of maintenance here, people are not picking up after their dogs. The lady at the check in was very nice, office had a strong sewer smell. Dog park is good. Check in at 2pm, office closes at 2pm. Needs some TLC.

Not sure how you calculate your rates, but this was the highest priced KOA we stayed at and the least desirable. Office was under construction, pool was empty, person behind us was doing maintenance on their RV, extra car parking area got sap all over my car, restrooms could have been cleaner, the dumpsters were overflowing and spilling on the ground. Would not return!

Stayed in a deluxe cabin and unfortunately the shower drain did not work, which essentially made it an expensive camping cabin with a toilet. It took a long time to get in contact with management and there was a fair offer made to compensate for loss of the shower. In addition to the shower issue there was damage all over the cabin which just made things feel run down. This was the worst KOA stay.

Unkept spot all weeds i was in spot C5 the spot next to me on the left had 20 people partying until mid nite the camphost allows several cars parked in one spot and several people to be there The dog park full of weeds and dog poop not picked up i will not come back i will spend extra money to stay at other parks

Just overnight but a wonderful stay, very clean and updated! Only down side is WiFi is slooow. Just a thought most KOA have cable for areas where satellite is not possible. Lovely experience

Arriving 45 minutes past check-in time and being told it will be another 25 minutes until cabin is ready is unacceptable. We only had to wait 10 mins more, but it took 15 minutes to track down someone from the phone numbers on the door. Water in shower never got warm. Windows don't lock shut. Bed is very creaky. Our stay wasn't bad but the fee is way too high for the cabin' condition.

The Spokane KOA is probably the worst looking appearance for a campground I have ever stayed at. my camping spot had zero grass but was filled with weeds that were 10 to 14 inches tall as well as every other spot in the park, absolutely a horrible experience and would never stay there again. I really feel the owners of this property. Should credit me back at least 50% of my stay.

Convenience to our tournament was nice. Friday night workers were friendly. Things that should be better: the van/trailer sites have no fire ring. What's camping without a fire? 1 bathroom was closed. The other had 3 stalls: 1locked, 1 without TP, so whole campground shared 1 stall. We asked for an extra 2 hours at checkout & were told it'd cost another full day... its a patch of grass on sunday.

This KOA was different than the others. The grass (weeds mostly) were very tall and unkept, the hours were 10-4 and 10-2, right next to a train crossing so at 11pm and early morning you would be awoken by the train horn at the crossing. Our spot that had caution tape around it due to a hole in the ground and non working sewer. We did get a discount for that though.

Garbages overflowing, limited bathrooms which were unkept/unstocked, surprised that the franchisor would allow such poor performance from a franchisee. Worst campground we’ve ever stayed at.

Loud. The tent sites are not well kept. Did I say the place is loud?! Motor bikes, trains, helicopters. It was ridiculous. Won’t stay here again.

Guy who took our reservation was very helpful. But grounds were in need of mowing/raking & sites so close to one another. Bathrooms in need of update - we basically just needed a place to sleep for night so weren’t there much. It was close to soccer fields. �

Staff was friendly and site is long and specious but campers next to us talking and laughing until midnight. Seems like they don’t mind other camper around. We couldn’t sleep. Other than that it was good.

Nice park, about 20 minutes from town. Be aware the campground is right next to active railroad tracks and 3 - 4 trains pass through daily, on a regular basis. Also, the pool is closed for repairs/replacement, and the gift shop is under renovation, so it is closed at this time.

Right now it's pretty rough because of the upgrade they are doing. The staff is super friendly there's a lot of chainsaw carvings all around the park. Kind of a bummer is the trains. I have to return to see the final updated look.
