Staff members friendly and accommodating when requesting certain available sites. This is about my 4th time staying here.

I have 2 good things to say and 2 thing they could may it 5 starts. The 2 good things are it's right off 40 the other one is the 2 women in the office where very nice. The 2 tings they can make it better is fix the driveway up the hill to many potholes the other is level the camp site.

It’s common and they have heard it a million times I am sure the road noise was the only issue, campsite was a little unlevel but that’s everywhere. Staff was awesome and always super friendly. I would stay again definitely maybe not so long, maybe a few days. We will be heading that way next year to Pigeon Forge. It was convenient being right off the highway though

It was great. The patio was a plus. It was so nice to grill and eat outside, then relax by the fire. The campground is accessible to so many places in and around Asheville. It is a great jumping off point for adventures.

We were in just for 1 night as a pass thru. Check in was easy. Stayed in the back Row B which does get you away from some of the Highway noise. Bathrooms were clean as well as the whole campground. This campground is like being in the mountains, very spread out. We liked that.

Very friendly staff. Clean campground! A little noisy because you’re so close to the highway but didn’t affect sleep. Great location, so much to do nearby.

This was our 3rd time staying at this KOA and we love it. Although, I don’t think we will tent camp again just because of the traffic noise and mud after the rain, but we absolutely will do one of the cabins again!

Hosts are kind, and helpful. The campground is clean (I didn't use the bathhouse). The sites are close together, my only complaint.

To me, the cabins are the way to go. Often less expensive than a hotel room but you get your own cottage with a fireplace and GAS GRILL?? Are you kidding me?? Lovely place. Lovely people. Love KOA.

Loved the pool, game room and camp store! Bathhouse was one of the nicest so far! Only negative complaints, wish the playground was updated a bit and not so far away and parking is tight when people are staying in the cabins. Overall, had a great time here!

Our site was not just uneven but sloping forward and sideways-made it difficult to level. And we were very close to other camp sites with hardly enough room to park our truck after backing in.

The location was great. Centrally located to what we wanted to do while in Asheville however, the biggest downside was the freeway noise. Management seems to be pretty aware as they provide white noise, links and free earbuds in the office That’s pretty considerate. The dog park and the hiking trails on the property. The bathrooms are clean and well taken care of.

Lovely grounds and large spaces. We had a patio setting which worked out very nicely:) We had a bit of a car problem, and the staff was so helpful in extending our stay…..Thank You soooo much!! The restrooms and laundry were spotless and the walking trails were a pleasure. Highly recommend!

Even though we were just an overnight, I could see that this campground would be a great base spot to camp for a family to enjoy all the attractions within a short distance.

They texted me directly as I would be arriving after hours. The instructions for the check in process were easy to follow. Facilities were VERY clean.

I messed up my reservation which caused the staff a bit of a headache. But they were super gracious about it. Facilities were REALLY clean. Interstate traffic was present but not terrible.

Only stayed one night as we were just passing through on our way home from Savannah, but the hosts were great. Supplying us with a deck of cards for entertainment and treats for our dog was a really nice touch!

Very noisy from the freeway. We were next to the septic tank at the bottom of the hill which had a constant horrible smell. There were many lots available, which the manager should have placed us in. Very unhappy with the stay.

LOVE the staff! Both the front desk and maintenance staff were fantastic! Rei, the maintenance guy, really stood out as helpful! The campground is nice, and their gardens, and hiking trails are wonderful.

This KOA was right off 40, which is a good thing. The 2 women in the office were very nice they get 5 starts. The road getting UP into the office needs work badly. The site needs to be leveled off. I had to rehooked up and move over a couple of feet

We are camping here this weekend for the first time. We are enjoying it very much. The spaces are very large and everything is very clean. We have our great grandson and he is having a ball. The employes are very helpful and very nice.

What a beautiful, quaint campground. Big, level sites, amazing staff, lovely landscaping. Super clean, too. Loved the nature trail. Can't wait to come back!!!
