It was just an overnight stay, but everything was handled great. They had our paperwork ready, and escorted us to our lot which was huge, I have 50 feet and easily fit our RV and trailer with ample room to spare. Services were in good shape and working order. Quite hours were observed and the stay was pleasant!

Very nice campground which I have stayed at before and liked it enough to come back. I only stayed one night since I was making my way home. The two things I most appreciated was the curbside check in and escort to the site by a very nice gentleman and they have a menu from which you can order sides, burgers, sandwiches, etc which get delivered to the site which is great after a day of travel.

We loved the convenience of the location. We were just passing through and stayed one night. Food delivery to our site was wonderful after a long day of driving. The wings were delicious! Staff was friendly. Our site backed up to the road so it was loud but for one night that was fine.

We always love to stay here. It’s a regular stop when we head north. This trip the roads in the campground were pretty muddy as it looked like they had just graded it. But overall, great place right off of I81.

We have stayed here many times now and will continue to do so. It’s very clean with helpful nice staff. Close to major highway and fuel. We like the food they serve as well. See you in the fall.

Stayed 4 days, easy access in/out, curbside check in, site level, public WiFi & limited cable worked fine, 4 bar Verizon cell service. Laundry room clean. Didn’t use bathrooms. Rail trail access at campground and a Geocache. Would stay again.

We’ve stayed here 5 times! Easy off I81 when traveling north or south. Open all year! Large pull thru sites , easy in and out. If you have time, great bike path that is even part way of the Appalachian Trail.

The whole Park is an unkept big muddy pothole with half broken hook-ups. Our site #5 had no water. Daily rental for this disaster $102.50!!!! Unacceptable!

In the past we have always had a wonderful time. Up to Saturday evening we had a wonderful stay, but then we had no water pressure or water for the rest of the weekend. Hard on a family.

Water went out Saturday evening staff said they would check and work to get it fixed. Sunday morning spoke with maintenance person who stated they hadn't looked into yet. Understand things happen, but very disappointed that nothing was done or communicated for over 12 hours.

We stayed Friday-Sunday for an event we were attending at the Casino. We had a site right along the creek and it was amazing. The views, the water, the concrete patio, the easy pull thru (parallel to the creek), and the staff were amazing! It did rain just about the entire stay but we still had a great time. And Uber DOES operate in the area. We were picked up and dropped off right from the KOA!

Unfortunately, the Lickdale KOA lost water service (for camper guests) somewhere around 10 PM on Saturday night, May 11th with NO ABILITY to notify campground staff. The published emergency number reflected there is no voicemail established; therefore, no means to report the issue! It forced us to leave early on Sunday morning vs having the ability to stay until lunchtime. ���

Hello, Thank you for your survey. The water pressure dropped out at night slowly before we were notified in the morning. A guest took out a pump without reporting it. The after hours phone never rang that night, I apologize if you may have called wrong number. We did call and notify everyone.

Staff was very friendly. The store has great food. I would have given it 5 stars but the water pressure was terrible at our site. We could barely get a trickle through our motorhome. I did mention it when we checked out and they said someone hit the hydrant? I think they should have mentioned it at check-in so we weren't panicking thinking something was wrong with our motorhome.

We camped there Saturday, May 11th and did not have any water pressure around 8:00 pm. We called the emergency telephone number and we were told the voice mailbox has not been setup. Therefore, we could not notify anyone about no water until the office opened on Sunday morning. The staff did not seem concerned that most of the campground did not have water.

There was an emergency during our stay (no water anywhere in the campground), however, the emergency number was not set up. No water is an emergency that requires immediate attention. There should always be a working emergency number. The next morning, the staff had no idea there had been no water from the evening the day before. We were disappointed in the lack of help.

Put into a spot to small for camper damaging camper and no water for 16 hours

Very little water pressure. Few restroom facilities. 3 of the 4 men’s toilets were inoperable.

I liked that each new arrival is escorted to their site; and that staff member was friendly. I liked that signs in the campground instructed that no child is to be left without supervision of a 12 year old or less. All in all, protecting, keeping safe, the occupants of the campground. We stayed in rv towing car. Only stayed one night but the campground was spotless. Dog park was the cleanest I’ve ever seen and it was all grass so no muddy pup in the rain!!

Easy Interstate access, all the amenities, level pull-thru access, good basic cable, friendly, helpful folks, open year-round, good value with no hidden charges. Highly recommended.

We only stop here on our trip south and then back home to New England. Jonestown is neat, clean, and easy on/off highway. They have a great staff, grocery store and delicious food. And ice cream and other items for dessert. We also are able to obtain propane. Thank you!!!

Our family LOVES going to the Jonestown/Hershey KOA. The staff is great and very accommodating. The store has great food and ice cream. Our dogs enjoy getting pup cups when we are there. The manager really enjoys her job and is friendly to all the guests. She is top notch!!!

Stopped in on our way to Tennessee. Great location right off the highway. Spacious sites. Friendly staff. Restaurant will deliver to your site. Only draw back is its right next to a highway and it can be loud! When booking ask where your site is if traffic noise is a concern. We will definitely book again when traveling through.
