Lincoln West KOA Holiday General Information

• REGISTRATION: Check-in time is 4:00 PM, Check-out time is 11:00 AM. If you wish to stay another day, or your departure is delayed, please check with the office to make sure no incoming campers have been assigned.

Our Registration Lodge Store hours are:

• Sunday: Open 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM
  
• Monday: Open 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
  
• Tuesday: Open 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
  
• Wednesday: Open 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
  
• Thursday: Open 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
  
• Friday: Open 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
  
• Saturday: Open 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
  

• FIREWOOD: We respectfully request that campers not bring in firewood from outside, in an effort to eliminate bugs and disease. The cutting of any tree or bush will be treated as a criminal act. We sell firewood in bundles. For prices and deliveries, please inquire inside the registration lodge.
• CAMPFIRES must be contained in a fire pit. Metal rings, propane and fire bowls are allowed, but ground fires are prohibited. Fire rings are NOT to be moved. Fires must be attended at all times. NO BURNING TRASH, BOTTLES OR CANS. No grills of any nature to be used on any tables.

• SWIMMING POOL: Observe posted pool rules. Any child under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a guardian, age 18 or older. There is NO lifeguard; swim at your own risk. NO alcoholic beverages, food, smoking, glass containers or pets. Appropriate swimwear is required for all ages, diapers MUST be swim diapers. Failure to follow rules will result in loss of pool privileges. Pool is for registered guest ONLY.

• OCCUPANCY: One camping unit with up to 6 people is allowed per site. DO NOT PARK IN ROADWAYS, GRASS OR UNOCCUPIED SITES as vehicles will be towed at owner's expense or charged for the site. We do not allow tents on RV or Cabin sites, you must be in a tent area to sleep outside your RV.

• VISITORS: Visiting guests are permitted on property between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM. No visitor check-in after 8:30 PM. A visitor's fee of $10.00 is charged per person. Visitors must register upon arrival. Unregistered guests will be asked to leave. NO TRESPASSING!

• QUIET HOURS are strictly enforced and observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be courteous to your neighbors at all times.

Lincoln West Holiday KOA welcomes you! Our campground was created to vacation, relax and create memories.
Our campground allows Monthly and Seasonal stays for your traveling plans. A criminal investigation report and references will be required for management to approve before booking.
Lincoln West Holiday KOA welcomes medical professionals and seasonal contractors servicing the local area during our camping season (April - October).
Our campground does not host long-term or annual/yearly stays.

Renting out your RV:
If you are renting out your RV and hosting it at our campground, here are some things to keep in mind.
1: Owner(s) of the RV must first register with the office. 
2: Reservation Guest: The reservation guest renting the RV must register with the office.
3: The reservation must be in the name of the person staying, NOT the owner(s) of the RV. The reservation guest must obtain a parking pass, gate entry access code and an amenity bracelet for the duration of their stay. 
4: Once the reservation guest has checked out, the RV must be removed off the premises by 11:00am to avoid paying the late checkout fee.

Camping Accommodations are the Apod Camping Cabins located on sites C17 & C18 & I4. These accommodations come with a queen-size mattress only, no bedding and no restrooms.

Deluxe Cabins are located on sites L4, C10 & C11. These Deluxe Cabins are fully furnished cabins with bedding, towels and kitchen utensils.

Camping Accommodations cooking policy: 

• Nebraska Health Department regulations prohibit cooking inside all Camping Accommodations. 
  
• Cooking appliances such as, but not limited to, toasters, griddles, Insta-Pots, etc. are prohibited.
  
• Please utilize outside grills and tables for food preparation, cooking and food consumption.
  
• Bedding, such as pillows, sheets and/or blankets, are not provided. Please bring your own or items can be purchased at the Registration Lodge.

• The email will contain instructions on how to access the park after hours.
  

We monitor the National Weather Service Radio 24/7 and severe thunderstorms warnings/watches are our concern. They may involve rain, possible hail, strong winds and possible tornadoes. We are located in Seward County Nebraska. The Seward County Emergency Management Siren is located on the campground. If you have any questions, please ask. If you require special assistance, please inform us at the time of registration. We are not responsible for hail/wind or storm damage. We do not offer a refund(s) or transfers for bad weather during your stay.

We built this campground out of love for the outdoors. Through a lot of blood, sweat, tears, fighting the weather, and the list keeps going, we are proud to introduce you to the new Lincoln West KOA Holiday. Our pride and joy (next to our children, of course).
