Our campsite was away from most of the activity which was nice . Our first day was noisy because the campground is undergoing upgrades and preparing for the memorial weekend . Bathroom was clean but there is only one bathroom building in the campground. The swimming pool is the nicest I have seen in a KOA campground. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The staff was very friendly and escorted us to our site even after hours. The campground was nice and quiet. It would be helpful if a broom and dustpan were available in the laundry facility to allow for easy spill cleanup. The one open bathroom/shower facility could have used some extra attention. But I would certainly stay there again. Just a nice bunch of folks.

Showers dirty, no temperature adjustment, no black water disposal at site, even though sites Advertised as being FULL HOOK UP.. seems like priorities are for full time/seasonal people. Can’t believe it was a President award winner.

Online we cleary state gray water disposal and explain what it is. We also include a pump out on stays of 4 days or more as we have no sewer sites in the entire park. I will check with housekeeping but restrooms are cleaned multiple times a day. we are sorry to see you didnt enjoy your stay.

Very friendly reception and brand new sites. Unfortunately there is a lot of junk, equipment and vehicles laying around. I know they are doing some upgrades but it leaves a little to be desired especially at this price point.

We are glad you enjoyed the service and staff. Yes we are in the process of upgrading the park and are adding much desired and requested full hookup site. Do to a wet spring we are a little behind on this project but hoping to have it wrapped up in the next month!

The location offered very convenient access from the highway. Management and staff were very welcoming and friendly. The staff went the extra mile in assisting with setup, flushing our black tank, and helpful tips. The sites were well spaced. About the only concern was the very close proximity on 1 side of the property, to private homes.

we are glad you enjoyed your stay. not sure about the neighbors being too close as there is a 6' privacy fence between our property and theirs. If you book our deluxe sites they are on the otherside of the park backed by our woods.

We enjoyed our stay at Niantic KOA. The staff was very friendly and helpful and we appreciate their help in getting us registered and backed into our site. We booked a premium site and everything was clean and working great. We will definitely be back.

It’s a very nice RV park only thing is there are no sewer hookups but we stayed 7 days and they pumped our tank mid week for free

We hit them off season so weren't able to sample all their special seasonal offerings but the grounds were tidy, our site was very nice, the bathrooms were well maintained and clean, and our pups thoroughly enjoyed the dog park. The staff was courteous and helpful. We definitely recommend.

A few of the staff were very nice and social. The campground itself is being repaired and is very unattractive. We found wood with nails sticking out of them which kids could easier step on and go right through their feet. Lots of broken glass. Wood twigs are everywhere. We will not be going back even though the area is very cute.

The campground was a dump. Trash and derelicti cars, try advertise gray water dump hook ups but it is just a hose hook up that dumps right on the ground outside. I would not recommend this campground.

I was there in October and loved the experience this past weekend not so between the bathrooms/showers being out of order and the trash on the line of woods and grass behind our site was upsetting. Old boueys,beer cans and take out containers that I picked up because of my dog .

Super friendly staff, clean sites, amazing amenities. Awesome activities to keep kids engaged and busy. Grey water hoses and connectors on every site, the picnic table with duel fuel grill at the site is awesome, eliminates the needs to drag out items you may have packed. Staff works very hard to make sure your stay is perfect. We will be back for sure!

Employees were amazing and helpful. but the park is small and appears to be under construction. our site was set up wrong and we had all we could do to hook up the water and electricity with our 25-foot hoses. the sites do not offer black water dumping only a place on your way out. and the grey water is dumped into a pipe on the surface of the ground.

The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Our son celebrated his 5th birthday this past weekend and as he put it “I had the best birthday ever Mommy”. In my book that is the best review ever!

Great campground! We arrived after hours and one of the staff,John, was nice enough to wait for us and escorted us to our site. John was extremely nice and professional! He even checked up on us the next morning! The facility was clean and our site was level. It even had a double lid BBQ and a nice patio table! We would definitely stay here again���

Great campground and excellent service. From the attentive office staff to gentleman, John, who led us to our site, the service was first class. The site was perfectly level and generous. Being early in the season, all of the camp's ammenities were not up and running, but it's clear there's a lot to do there once they're 100%.

Between the new heated pool with lights and music, Nice level sites , The shuttle to town or beach, All the staff - John, Bob, Bubbles , Shuttle driver/ cook - this is our favorite place to stay in CT.

Really warm welcome. Extremely helpful and pleasant team. Lots of space between each site and pretty with trees etc. lovely walk through Rocky Neck Park to an amazing white sandy beach and great ocean walk.

Great! Fantastic welcome. Really lovely people. The campground is pretty. Good location. Easy to find. Lots of space between each site. Nicely arranged so each RV has space and privacy. Free shuttle to town - amazing service! Best KOA in our 3 week trip.

Campground was amazing. There was so much for the kids to do at campground and in the surrounding area. The facility were very clean and the staff was super friendly and helpfull. I will definitely be coming back here!

Very friendly and helpful in the store very nice people. There are plenty of new people to meet and to be around. Theres plenty of walking room to enjoy a nice long walk with your friends and your family. Its a very dog friendly place along with the other pets you may have.

We had a great time at this little campground. Plenty of activities (tie dye, arts and crafts, treasure hunts , wagon/fire truck rides), etc) for kids (we had four, ranging in age from 6 to 9), is centrally located and has awesome staff. Shuttles to downtown and beaches are offered. Real restroom facilities/showers. Definitely needs some sprucing up but we would definitely return!
