My family and I enjoyed staying in a deluxe cabin. It was the perfect size, stocked with all the kitchen supplies needed, blankets and towels. We enjoyed the spa and heated pool, playground, game room, and the movie nights. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We are already planning our next trip!

Wonderful place to stay!! Staff were so helpful and pleasant! The fresh cookies on check in were a welcome treat and such a nice touch! The campground is beautifully maintained - pool and spa area are sparkling!! Great location with access to a walking trail that takes you to Avila Beach. Lots to do in the immediate area. Highly recommend a visit - we will be back!!

The facilities were clean and well kept! It was super family friendly that included a nice playground, a dog park, and swimming pool with a jacuzzi! The general store was well stocked and the camp hosts were really nice and made sure we were comfy! The location is great is it’s close to Avila Barn (a must) as well as Avila Beach, Pismo Beach, and SLO! I highly recommend!

We had a wonderful Mother's Day weekend at the Avila/Pismo Beach KOA. Thank you to Ashlyn and Mati for the crafts and cotton candy on Saturday. The kids...and grownups loved it.

Our stay was very enjoyable, restful and fun. The KOA staff was very friendly, professional, gave great customer service and provided great information on things to do. The facility was well kept and had lots of in-house activities. We will definitely return. Thank you to the staff.

This is in our top 5 RV Resorts, we have been to over 200 now. the staff is wonderful, all the time. We have been here 6 times now. everything you need is within 3 miles .

Very friendly and helpful staff. RV Park nice and clean. We did The Bob Jones Trail walk (about 5 km) to Avila Beach. The Trail is really close to the RV Park and we recommend it (walk or bike).

Great staff, clean site, many things to do - great for kids. Only downfall is freeway noise, but they do warn you of that on the site. Regardless, id stay there again and would recommend.

We love staying here! The staff is amazing and always very helpful. We love the close proximity to the beach and when we’re done there we can head back and our boys can play on the playground or ride bike or even swim, they have so many activities for families. They absolutely love it! Great K9 camp too for our 2 dogs! We will be back later this summer!

This site is kid friendly, as we have a few, one with autism/adhd and one w/adhd. We felt safe with the kids walking around as the speed limit is 5mph and there were lots of other families with kiddos running around. The staff we encountered were kind and helpful! The weekend movie nights were a plus! The grounds were clean/well kept. The playground and pool were the vocal points! See you soon!

Great KOA park with many amenities for all and a wonderful staff to make you feel welcome. Close to Avila beach, San Luis Obispo, Shell Beach and Pismo Beach.

We rented a premium space that had a patio with chairs, table with umbrella, propane fire ring and a BBQ. A little pricey ($148 per night), but it was nice. Only down side was the noise from the freeway, which could not be helped.

The sites were level and easy to get in and out of. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pet area was a wonderful experience. Easy access to local attractions. Yes, the freeway is close, but the noise was not excessive.

My friend booked two RV sites for us I was nervous at first seeing the reviews but they def changed management bc the staff couldn't be nicer. They gave our kids a bunch of free toys and were very accommodating. All facilities were spotless and the best of all the Pool (which was pretty big) and jacuzzi were both heated. We went in early Feb when it was cold and my boys are squeamish in cold water but the pool was warm enough for them even at night. Heated pools are huge for us. Super convenient to everything, 5 out of 5, we will be back for sure!

This is a good Koa RV Park. Location is good, it's quiet, the staff is friendly, and both Avila and Pismo Beach are nearby. A bit pricey. Why are people complaining about the freeway noise? We're in spot 81 backed up to Highway 101, and it's not noisy at all. This place is well run and a great place to stay.

We stay here once a year during Christmas time with family and extended family. The cabins are tiny little perfect getaways nothing special, but have all the amenities that you need. The area around has plenty room for kids to play, they have jungle gyms, and walking path for dogs. there is also the Bob Jones trail that you can walk or ride your bike or whatever you feel like all the way down into Avila. We will keep coming back here every year for Christmas.
