We always enjoy our stay, the park is well maintained and the staff is always helpful, friendly and very busy! No complaints here, looking forward to a planned fall trip.

It was just one stay, but the area is beautifull in the forests. Quiet location, but did hear an occsional truck ramble dow the road.

Great quiet location. Big pine, cottonwood trees offer lots of shade. The wifi didn’t work, but we chose to be disconnected so it didn’t matter. Very accommodating. Will visit again!

Just passing thru so we did not have much time to enjoy the park, its quite nice and in a great location to stop back in for the future travels.

Great spot, wonderful hosts with roomy sites. And don’t miss the cafe, the hamburger is da bomb! We will be back for sure!

This is the nicest KOA we have stayed at... super friendly staff, beautifully designed bathrooms, and even meals were available!! I would highly recommend this one.

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the area. They give great advice for day trips. It was a favorite spot for sure and I loved it. I will definitely stay there again if I come back to the area. Kelly was very kind.

Managers are very friendly. Bathrooms are always clean. Only complaint is a bag of ice was $6.43 ����

As usual, the staff here are absolutely amazing and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The park itself is kept in immaculate condition as well.

This Koa in my opinion is the best around. Extremely clean bathrooms, friendly staff, nice camp sites. Love the place and will be back again and again. Thanks so much for your hospitality Kevin and Kelly. See you soon.

This place is almost perfect...The people were super nice, the pond, the trees, mountains are beautiful, the campsite and the shared facilities...clean and well tended. I gave it 4 stars because the cell service is not good and you pretty much had to go into the office to get wifi.

Very relaxing. Been staying there for many years in early May. Nice to see the improvements. Staff are really friendly and helpful. We will continue to make our yearly visits in the future.

The campground was very clean as always. The bathroom and showers were immaculate. Our host who took us to our site Roberto was very polite and friendly. Kelly our hostess who checked us in and help move us around to be closer to our camping friends was very courteous and helpful. She’s always a pleasure to work with!

Very nice, well maintained RV Park. Very friendly staff and they accommodated me as a last minute show. The bad thing is that their is no cell service. The wifi did not have internet, so was useless. The only way to make a call was to go the office and hook up to the Office WiFi and then you could make a call. I think that if there is no cell service, a good WiFi system is essential. Expensive

This park is very beautiful with a pretty lake and well kept has actually a little petting through for children too. They only thing I hope they would correct soon. Is there a Wi-Fi connection? Other than that, it was great.

All around lovely campground Well kept- bathrooms outstanding- showers fabulous- pond is a highlight- fishing fun - so improved & maintained now!!! In ground fire pits enjoyed every night- etc etc

Stayed in a cabin. Very cute la king some wall hooks for coffee cups,hats. Recommend adding some shelf in the bunk beds and add some for main bed as well for wallets,keys & cell phones. Otherwise it was dry and served its purpose

The hot water didn’t work, the wi-fi only works near the office (barely) and they clean the bathrooms from 8-9 am which was very inconvenient for the schedule I was on. The sites were nice and I enjoyed the noise of the frogs in the pond.

Fabulous staff, gorgeous showers, a beautiful setting. NO phone service and you have to go to the pleasant and comfortable office building sitting area for wifi. The Cafe was not in service as the campground closes on October 31. Best RV park in the Mt Lassen Area!

Nice campground. We went on a holiday weekend so it was very full and rv sites are pretty close together. Very clean. Heads up- the wifi only works by the office/store. We didn't need it, but if you do need it, that would be a problem. Laundromat was clean, but $3.00 for a wash and $3.00 for a dry. Washers are small. Fine for clothes, but blankets wouldn't work. The dryer gives you 45 minutes for your $3.00, but our load of towels and jeans wasn't dry at the end of the 45 minutes. Other than those things, it's a great campground. Catch and release fishing at the pond, a game room, petting zoo, playground. About 20 minutes from Burney Falls. Worth trying again.

Nice spot to set up fishing or deer camp. Staff were super friendly. Lots of RVs. Beautiful area near Hat Creek and Lassen National Park! The on-site store could be better stocked with sandwiches, and other pre-made foods for midweek when the restaurant is closed but overall a nice place!
