Nice park with lots to do. However, the individual sites need lots of work. They are dirt, rutted, no level, some hard to navigate. The exit signs are not helpful a could be a real problem. Really needs some attention.

The cabin & bathhouses were clean. The pool and pool area were also clean. The campground was extremely quiet which made the trip very peaceful. The only complaint is parking for the cabins leading to the marina. It was VERY tight and uneven which made it difficult to park my small car. I have already recommended it to others and would stay here again...just in a different cabin option.

Truly amazing...very friendly staff, neat and clean grounds and facilities...love the gift shop...have been going here for 3 uears now and will continue...highly recommend

Marketing. Not really gulf shores. Near there, but 20 minutes from the beach. By car. Misleading , typical KOA marketing. Nice campground. Quality staff. Clean and well kept

Spent the week to celebrate my birthday. Had a wonderful site close to the pool. The pool was clean and the water feature made every pool experience so relaxing. The hot tub was not very hot, just warm so did not spend time in it. Did not use restrooms or laundry so cannot comment. Camp store well stocked. So much to do in the area. Great memories. Everyone so wonderful.

The campground itself was great, but our sites power kept tripping and there was no on call info on the office door after hours.

Check in was easy. Lots were terribly close together. Area not well maintained. Miserable gnats. It has a lot of live ins. Close to bay but 30 min from beach.

This is my favorite KOA, and I've been to a lot. The only problem I have is that I would always like to extend my stay but life gets in the way, and I have to go back home. the grounds are immaculate, staff is beyond friendly, and I love the area.

The campsite was clean and neat. Bathrooms well-stocked and clean. The faucets automatic flow was a little glitchy and didn't always turn on in the bathrooms. There were wasps in the playground and the gaga ball court, and the gaga ball and basketball were flat. The employees were very nice and helpful. Very pleasant stay.

We travel as a group with 5 different campers and due to our mistake our reservations which were made in October were not together. Craig worked really hard to accommodate us and get us as close as possible.

We had the best stay it was clean everyone was friendly . The office staff was the most helpful and friendliest staff. I loved it and would most definitely answer any questions about this campground. The best ever . Thank you all for what you do. Two things I would change is the best selections in the store more for us southern people lol and fresh bait for the fishing Pier for my grandkids .

Grounds are nice and staff are friendly. Pool can use an update and another point of entry as the entry is very small and many people gather in the shallow end with their kids.

great base camp for visiting beaches, Navy Aviation museum, Pensacola Lighthouse and Maritime Museum, and the quirky sculptures at Barber Marina. Highly recommend Crazy Horse Cafe for Breakfast

We did the tent camping here and although the amenities were nice, you are packed in like sardines on top of each other. I had one neighbor set their tent up at 10pm and another at 3AM. The RV next to us were up until 1AM partying. If quiet hours were actually enforced and you had some space it would be a nice stay but would not recommend tent camping.

Best KOA I’ve stayed at. Had a camping cabin literally right on the shoreline. Only KOA basic cabin I’ve ever seen with so many amenities. Bed, TV and small table and chair. Dock very close and allowed very peaceful walking. Customer service excellent. Reasonable price.

Great place. Laundry room needed a refresh. Pamphlet warned about bug bites and bug spray kept them away.

Sites are unlevel and roads are narrow. We would probably not choose this park again. Dog park needed some care.

We enjoyed the stay very much. Glad for the big shade trees. Also the campground was in a good location, close to Perdido Key. Will definitely use again.

Love the campground. Great view from my tent site. Clean restrooms. The staff was not the greatest but it was not big deal.

We loved staying here! We came down for Hangout Festival and it was perfect! The pool was great and the bathrooms and showers were so clean! We tent camped and the rain sucked but nothing can be done about that. The only thing that would have made it better was if the drainage was a little better. Our tent flooded but it wasn’t too bad.

This is the first KOA me and my wife have stayed at with a camper. Our first time visiting Pensacola. I read all the reviews from the other fellow campers. Several say this is a cramped camp sites,rude employees ,run down KOA, bad experience. Well i will have to disagree with the ones that posted these comments and reviews. I loved the week long stay at this KOA. The campsites aren't close together. The employees wasn't rude to us. They answered our questions and told us of the best places to go. I will have to say the restrooms do need a little work. But hey if you dont like the restrooms use yours in the camper. Yes i will agree its a old KOA. We dont go for a new camp grounds. We go to enjoy our time together.From what i seen they was clean. We seen a lot of families enjoying there stay. The bay was so beautiful. Little far to the beach but hey i love spending time with the wife dont matter if we have to drive 15 minutes to the beach. We will be back.

Having a great time. Pool is clean. Park is well kept. Have a pull thru FHU site with cable. Verizon has 2 bars and works good enough.

Great RV park. We would definitely stay here again. Great location on the water, nice pool and very friendly staff. Chubby's restaurant that was adjacent was a great spot for a pizza!
