It was an nice stay again but I was alittle upset cause I paid for the deal pay 2 nights get 1 free (june 31 to june 3) we had an family camping trip everybody in the family did the deal and I'm the only one they called and said was I checking out luckily One of the staff went and fixed it and came back with the key other then that it was good

Friday night at 1030 we were walking back from our friends campsite and was harnessed about getting to our campsite. Then once on our campsite the same employee came by and continued getting on us about quiet hour when all we were doing was talking. But then at 0600 in the morning the trash truck came through and slammed each dumpster 3-4 times making the loudest noise ever. Think you need to

Wonderful stay. Campground is clean and well maintained. A lot of options for activities provided by the campground and the surrounding historical area. Staff are friendly, professional, and efficient. We will be back.

Once again , a perfect place for a get away close to where we live. We feel it’s a bit pricey with all of the extras tacked on especially for seniors, but will Save and come again.

I just feel very comfortable at your campground. The facilities are clean and bright. You have lots of activities available. We really like it there.

Great campground! We will definitely be back. We were on site 192. Great spot. However there is a somewhat smaller dead tree right in front of the spot. It would make it so much easier getting into the spot if the tree were taken down since it is dead. Otherwise had a great weekend!

So many activities, pool, trampoline, and the general store that had my kids going back twice daily we had a blast. We had 3 and 6yr olds very happy. So much to do for preteens and teens alike, parents and grandparents aren’t forgotten either. They have rafting and hiking right from the camp, nobody is left out. A recommendation, could use a sail cover over the playground by the pool too.

People at registration were extremely friendly and helpful. However, the site was small, and not internet friendly.

Very nice and clean campground. Some back in spots are a little tight getting into. All and all everything was great. We will stay again when we are back in the area

Our second time there, we live the beautiful area and the campgrounds are excellent. The staff was friendly and polite the spot was level and easy to back into. The pool is really beautifully maintained and comfortable for the parents watching their kids. The game arcade was a big hit with my son, spent a couple hours there.

The campground is very clean and tidy. I was not allowed to choose my site so consequently my husband and I were assigned to the busiest corner in the entire campground. Not the peaceful getaway I was hoping for ��

Friendly and helpful staff. Our campsite was appropriately sized, but our neighbor was very tight to our electric and sewer hook up with little space for their picnic table and the ability to move around our hook ups.

We always enjoy our stay at this KOA. The only issue was the construction trucks and equipment passing back & forth by our camper early morning starting at 7 am during our stay.

I think you could include children in the cost of your stay instead of charging extra. You have enough charges added on plus your base fee, that you could help ease financial burdens by at least including 2 children free. The staff is very friendly and helpful . Would be nice to offer discounts for groups as well - we had at least 10 different types of sites/ cabins reserved

We love staying at the KOA. Just wished as a senior there were discounts on some of the extra charges due to limited income...we would have stayed longer.

This KOA is located at the historic junction of the Potomic and Shenandoah rivers. My family came together for a long holiday weekend to make great memories. The varied stay options can accommodate different needs and desires. The sites are maintained season to season so we book the same each year. Kid and dog friendly means the whole family comes. The bath houses are kept clean even when busy.

Very pricey - couldn’t sit around our fire pit due to the weeds so high and the bugs were terrible. Also no garbage pick up and 1 garbage bin for the entire park which was overflowing. Will not be returning!

When I pay $125/night for a premium site, I expect the site to be level! Site 199 IS NOT LEVEL nor is the concrete patio! We had to keep the unit back at the back half of the site because the front half ran downhill so bad. The front legs on our unit were fully extended & on blocks and we still couldn't get level. The pool is not easily accessible for people with walking issues either.

We had a great time. The only problem was the lack of cleanliness in the public restrooms and the pool area. The bathroom accessible nearest the pool was absolutely disgusting. The campground was nice and we will return but regular attention to the bathroom areas should be given.

Clean well Maintained WONDERFUL staff and activities My granddaughter (age 4) fell on the road and Mr Frank immediately scooped her up and made sure she was ok before we could even get to her from 20 feet away�ϋ��ϋ�

We had a wonderful stay at the Harpers Ferry KOA. Our cabin was clean and in good working condition. My kids enjoyed all the activities and especially the pool. We’ll definitely come back.

Overall it was good. The staff are very warm & welcoming and there’s a lot of things to do. Our kids loved it. The bathrooms are not well maintained. There’s spider webs in every corner, floors are always wet all the time and cubicle doors doesn't call for privacy while doing your business. Some cubicles have broken lock. Quiet time is not well implemented.

We didn’t get to enjoy all the great amenities due to our fifth wheel having major issues once we arrived. Thankfully, the front desk was so nice & tried to help us get the resources out to remedy the situation. We definitely will be back in August, it’s already booked & hopefully our fifth wheel has all the kinks worked out. The front desk ladies were the best & their kindness went a long way

Park has a lot to offer. Sites are close to each other. My table was literally next to other site sewer. That’s sucks. Can never get the cable tv to come thru. And internet sucks. Park does offer lots of activities.

Great location if you plan to explore the National Park or local battlefields. The price was a little high for a mid-week reservation with very limited amenities available. Unfortunately, we stayed before Memorial Day so the pool, gameroom, coffeehouse and wine tasting were unavailable. This campground has a lot to offer for those planning a summer family getaway. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful place. Kids play area is huge & very good. Toilets & bath area very well cleaned, good space. Good hiking trails.
