A great little park. It is improving the grounds and the people are super. The cowboy cookout and breakfast are not to be missed. Awesome.

Since our only need was the one night stay so we could move to our next destination the next day, the accommodations handled what we needed. However, i wish the dog run was a little more presentable and accommodating. Also, I don’t understand why the sewer inlets are set so high. It sure makes it difficult when dumping our gray and black tanks.

The Holbrook KOA is the best place to stay in Holbrook. We stayed in a cabin, which is really a tiny house. Our grown/teenage kids appreciated the loft and the separate space was great. There are bunk beds in the hallway but we didn’t use them. Could easily sleep 6+ but would be tighter quarters. Towels were thick and nice, bedding was nice and clean. There is silverware, pots, dishes.

We have stayed at the Holbrook KOA several times and have never been disappointed!!! Well managed and tidy...love the pool and the availability of dinner & breakfast during the summer months. Have already booked another stay later in the year!!!

Definitely not worth the 72.00 we spent. Sites were just ok. Campground is defiantly a one-night stay. If price was somewhere around 50.00, I could give a better rating.

We rented a site with a patio. Turns out the patio is is completely enclosed area with a 6’ fence. OK, it has a table, lighting bbq and fire pit. The issue is around having things clean before arrival. The bbq was filthy and we wouldn’t use. Low propane, furniture was all dirty. We washed ourselves. I don’t normally reply to these but for the extra money spent it was disappointing

Campground was easy to get to and check in. We really loved the cowboy cookout! Very nice not having to cook after a long day of travel!! The only problem was the wifi didn’t work but it really wasn’t a big deal to us!!

The stay was nice and conveniently located near petrified forest NP. The laundry room smell had the overpowering scent of permanent wave solution. Possibly just someone’s choice of laundry products. Temporarily propping the door open helped.

The things I love about this KOA is the simplicity and ease of getting in & out and I love the idea of your breakfasts and dinners! Very nice!

We stayed in campsite ST1 and absolutely loved the privacy and shade it provided. The showers and laundry were clean and in working order. As for the pool, it was the perfect temperature on a hot day and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay very much! It’s a great spot. It’s nice that they offer breakfast & dinner. If you choose. The bathrooms were good. I did feel like it wasn’t cleaned really well. We always take showers later in the eve. And there was hair and the shower just didn’t seem clean & fresh. The check in gal didn’t have us down for two nights, but it worked out. Overall great sta

Great stay, very nice and helpful staff, my daughter loved the pool of course! Nice gift shop, clean facilities. The Chuck Wagon was very convenient too! Nice close proximity to the Petrified Forest which is why we were staying there, location is central to severawl attractions in the area. The weather wasperfect too, warm days and cool nights. Overall, nice campground!

The facilities at Holbrook were well cared for and clean. My only complaint is that the wifi was non existent. It would work for 10 minutes then disappear. Terrible connection

Would be nice to have parking by the pool. It was great to have the breakfast/ cookout options every day. Pancakes and breakfast burrito were good. Easy access off the highway. Booked same day!

Campground itself was nice, clean and in a great location. The maintenance manager wasn’t friendly or helpful at all. When traveling cross country sometimes a little help goes a long way.

Staff was great! Lots of upgrades underway. Store is great. Breakfast is good. Mow the dog park PLEASE! Bit more gravel is needed on the east side of the park road. you can see ruts where it gets muddy and it makes that side of the park really dusty without it.

The cabin was beautiful however the kitchen was not clean upon arrival. The coffee maker was very dirty and there was food still in the sink. The kitchen itself needed to be thoroughly cleaned. The propane detector was beeping but was unable to fix it nor was unable to replace it

Campground was clean and staff was friendly. Pretty much just a gravel parking lot with a few trees. Could not connect to the Wifi at all even though the staff said it was working fine.

We stayed in a cabin with our two small dogs and I was impressed by the quality and comfort of the furnishings. More privacy than a hotel without losing any of the convenience and amenities. Easy check-in process even though we arrived after the office closed for the day. Highly recommend!

It's a KOA. We stayed in a cabin so we could hunt at a local ranch and it worked great. The pool was awesome for the kids and they still have one of those “death wheel” marry go rounds that we made the kids spin us on. Dog friendly and the morning chuck wagon breakfast was a nice surprise for the kids to enjoy “all you can eat” pancakes.
