Overall, one of the best KOA'S we have stayed at. The staff here are very nice and polite and caring. The campground itself, very well kept. It was an enjoyable stay while visiting Graceland. 5 STARS !!! And thank you Annette ecspecially �

When we arrived our site was flooded from the night before. Two KOA employee's quickly assigned us a great site, pull thru better than our back in site. They were very accommodating and we had a great stay. My wife and I always pick KOA for our camping travels.

Very nice people working there. Bathrooms are very clean. It had just rained a deluge of rain and the place was soaked. They put us in a dry as you can get spot and I also overheard them trying to accommodate callers wanting to stay, best they could. It was crazy weather but they were good about the whole thing. I have stayed there before and probably will again when passing through on trips.

Very tired. Sewer tape was broken so there was nothing to connect to. Held sewer line in place by hand. Still backed up due to recent heavy rain that had the surrounding area flooded.

We love the spacious sites with lots of shade trees. Bob, Megan and Carrie are super and happy to see us return. Clean bathrooms. Quiet, maintained grounds. The dog park could be placed more central to all campers in the pet walk area instead by the busy road. Grateful for breakfas options. Disappointed with dinner options and portions. Cornucopias tasted like frozen heated up in microwave.

Your electric is not putting up enough Amps and as I been a VIP member, I did not get VIP spot for my spot. Definitely need some care. The person was very helpful and welcome you as you arrive. there.

Staff was fantastic. Dust from the adjacent field was terrible. Aroma from the dumpster was bad. Expensive for KOA, plus now a pet fee?

Sites are extremely close. Almost no grass in between the sites, a few sprigs of grass, low cut weeds (clover) and dirt. If it had rained it would have been a muddy mess. Actual sites you pull in on are mainly dirt with a little bit of gravel. Our site had dried ruts from previous rain. We were told the sites were gravel when there was very little gravel left. Needs work!

Friendly staff, she suggested a nice safe driver to take us to Beale Street. Clean facilities, level sites and serve breakfast and dinner. Stayed May 20th, 2024

New $5 dog fee is a move too far. We won't be staying there next time we're in Memphis. The price of this park is already very high for an average KOA

Nice park and staff. Heavy rains had flooded the park so sites and roadways were muddy messes. Roadways and sites should be re-graded and more gravel put down. Otherwise, a great place to visit.

Okay. Very disappointed that the pool wasn't open even though it was advertised as being open. No discount was offered? Koa asks for you opinions but it doesn't appears make any effort to compensate you for its deficiency's. We have been away for over a month and have been using Koas for our travels for the first time. Not impressed. The have only been about 30% of the Koas that gave $ value.

We called ahead while en route to Tennessee. The woman (don’t remember her name! Darn!) who answered the phone was so helpful, courteous, friendly and efficient! When we got to KOA Journey she was there to greet us with the same wonderful attitude. We loved her and the park and the cafe and food were an expected and excellent treat! I’m joining KOA rewards because of our stay! Thank you!

Friendly and helpful folks. I can see improvements in the campground with every visit. It’s a great place to make an overnight stop or use as a home base while exploring the area. Plus, if a long day of driving has you hungry, the food is good and delivered to the campsite. See you next year!

Facility and Staff are Great! Inconsiderate neighbor to right left front light on trailer on all night glaring in out trailer. Also the Train blaring its horn four different times during the night is really a consideration to make upon staying again. Breakfast touch is nice but left before opened. Again nice park and Staff.

Check in was way too long. Younger employee needs a refresher on customer service. Roads are terrible, sites were narrow and need an update. Tons of still water on roads after a rain storm.

Just an overnight on our way north. The dinner delivery and breakfast was a nice surprise. Didn’t use any of the amenities but the place was clean and well kept. Would definitely stay here again. Looks to be pretty easy access to Memphis sites too.

It was fine for an overnight, but I was disappointed in staff charging a dog fee and suggesting this was a KOA thing and they were a “last holdout.” I contacted KOA and that is not true. I was asked upon checking in the breed. Good thing she was not a pit or Rottweiler. This should have been clear when making reservations. The sites are narrow and the bathrooms need updated.

Site was level. WiFi service was outstanding. The cafe serves breakfast and dinner. Hot water in the shower and the restrooms are well maintained. The interstate traffic didn’t bother us and we had our windows open all night. Leave your trash bags at the site when you leave. They send someone out to pick them up. We will stay here again.

The Memphis KOA is good. Sites are pretty tight. We were there during alot of rain and it showed in the campground. It exposed all the low spots in the campground, and the grassy area to the north was completely underway. The meals are very good, and each day there was a different cook who you could tell was proud of the meals they cooked. The pool was never open while we were there, wondering when the official pool season was open? A good cleaning of the showers would have been nice--shower curtains had mold on them.

Beau camping bien entretenu/propre Nous sommes tombés sur une journee pluvieuse et l'eau tardait a pénétrer dans le sol donc bcp de boue partout. La piscine était fermée. La laverie était propre. Personnel gentil. Pres de Graceland. Pour une nuit, ca va.

This KOA has a very nice facility, and the addition of the cafe for breakfast and dinner is fantastic. We are KOA members and the KOA was able to allow us to stay and extra day and a half while our tow vehicle was repaired 8 miles up the road at Ford of West Memphis. Without the help of both we would have been stalled on the road or perhaps caused an accident. We are very thankful for our comfortable stay in our RV at the KOA and the fact that they have a good location to get to nearby places if service is required for your tow vehicle. The dog walking areas here are fantastic.
