This Holiday KOA should be classified as a Resort KOA. It was awesome! Literally private restrooms with individual entrances! The service provided by the staff was top-shelf! They really cater to their customers. The place to return to without a doubt!

This has been our favorite KOA so far! The staff are super friendly, grounds clean, showers and restrooms are clean too! Lots to do here. We will be back!

Office staff was great, but the outside chaperones was kind of rude. Also, there were kids playing at the park on Saturday night at 11 PM. Making a lot of noise.

Very rude comments were made at check in “we’re going to put you on the other side of the tracks.” Then a laugh and the lady told the man to stop that. Not funny! Speaking of tracks, a train runs through there at least 10 times a night. Not restful!

The pull-through site was nice and the campground was clean, however, the noise and ground shaking from the extremely close freight train is absurd. It's significant. We were thankful we only planned to stay there one night en route.

Great facility. Ryan and Sue are doing an amazing job. We loved the ice cream social on Friday evening and the pool was a real relief when we arrived.

Very disappointed. Quiet hours were not respected at all. Facilities were crowded and not clean. Staff were not very friendly or helpful.

If I only knew that the cabin we had which is the Illinois Ave, that says 8 sleepers which is too small for us, I should have taken another smaller for 2 sleepers. But now that I know the sizes; the next time we come we will be taking 2. All the employees of KOA are helpful. And also we didn't have time to try the walk trail because of the rain. It's a nice place to unwind and it is so quiet.

This was our first stay at a KOA and it definitely impressed. Our campsite was nice and close to the playground. The bathroom and shower facilities were kept very nice and clean. There were plenty of activities for the kids. We will be staying again!

Small spaces for trailers, right next to a train track if staying near the main entrance, trains come through all day starting early morning. Tiny little pool. Very nice location to all the Wis Dells fun. It was ok, I’ve stayed at better campgrounds in the dells for less money.

Office staff was extremely rude. Every question I asked was answered with a bad attitude. We were told via email and text that there was an overflow parking lot but but we asked about it the response was off putting. Other than that the site was great.

Are staying was nice I'm the only thing bad is the rain but that was okay our neighbors were cool the staff is really nice I would recommend this place to anybody and I will be back again soon

We unknowingly booked the weekend of Automotion for our stay. The staff was absolutely wonderful given the increase of campers and that some were there to party. They ran a tight ship which our family appreciated!

Great campground....large sites. Friendly staff members. We have full hook ups for our campers but appreciate the clean bathrooms/showers (and free showers). Very close to downtown but in a woodsy setting.

The bathrooms and showers need to be cleaned thoroughly. And more regularly. The walls and ceilings have mold growing. Also there needs to be ventilation in the showers and bathrooms as well. People go in there and smoke. For us non-smokers, it is extremely gross to go into the restroom after that has happened with no ventilation. And it is extremely hot in them.

Stayed here the middle of May and with our 42 foot 5th wheel were up on the top portion of the park in a pull thru. Sites are quite narrow, good for a couple days but not longer. Everyone was nice and friendly.

The staff working when we checked in were amazing. They were very welcoming and helpful. The only downside to the camp were that the store isn’t open later and the bathrooms by our cabin was getting gross overnight. The mattress on the queen bed was extremely thin and hard to sleep on. It was a good stay.

Camped out here at a tent site by during Automotion weekend with 3 kids. Had a very nice time. Check in was fast and had a nice little camp store. They had an assortment of balls for the kid to use which was cool. Site was nice and bathrooms were clean. Would stay here again next time we visit the Dells

Great campsite, had a hiccup with picking a campsite and it was not enjoyable, talked to KOA staff and they were happy to accommodate and let us switch campsites!
