Beautiful area. Unfortunately we were next to a camper that let their 3 big dogs run loose and kept coming over in our spot. Other than that the grounds were very well kept. The pond was tranquil with the ducks. Friendly staff.

Great park with lots of space and things to do. Spaces are large with concrete pads. Great restaurant on the property.

Overnight stop over. Park was as advertised. Clean sites with full hookups. Quiet campground as it was off-season. Easy access to interstate.

We just stayed one nite which was convenient per our travel route but the Grounds were in desperate need of attention.

When we got there there was not internet. Went to office 3 separate times and told the same thing. “I will get someone to look at it”… finally the young man said he would do it himself, walked outside and flipped a breaker and amazing, internet worked….

The staff was great. The campground was basically well maintained. Unfortunately, the camp is located in a low lying area. During heavy rain season the ground is soft and the roads become creeks.

Everything was fine except for the internet. It was no existent. Bring your own hot spot if you need the internet for your stay.

Love the property and the variety of amenities. We stayed in the tiny house - loved it, but the futon is SUPER uncomfortable......

Love the cabins. Great location and place. This was our second stay here. The first time our cabin had a television. This cabin did not and that would have been nice for winding down after a long day of shopping. Otherwise, we love the place. We will be back in the fall. Thanks. :)

The grounds are nice. The cabin we stayed was cozy (meaning small), but the bedding was terrible. Main bed with 2 people in it fell into each other because of the dip in it. It and the lower bunk remind me of cheap mattresses. Small bathroom.

Great location. Level sites. Utilities are great. Only thing is that roads need a little maintenance and chairs and tables need some care as well. Otherwise a great place to stay.

Very clean, well managed campground, but lack of cable TV and weak WiFi detracts from their score and lack of KOA signage, warning of their entrance, makes it difficult and dangerous to find when exiting from the north on the Texas state road.

We were there for a wedding and trying to get ready in a cabin with no A/C. The owner came to look at it and stated that it was broken and due to the weather, he couldn't get anyone to come out to fix it. I understood that since we were dealing with some bad weather at the time, but he didn't even offer to refund me or offer even a fan. Luckily, one of the ladies at the wedding venue had a fan.

Beautiful RV park. Easy pull through sites with plenty of room. They have a lot to offer on site. I would definitely recommend.

This was a quality koa stay. Beautiful campground. Clean flat manicured. Plenty of grass for dogs. Private shower restrooms. We enjoyed the Brew and BBQ restaurant on site.

Nice, clean, friendly KOA, with spacious, level sites. However, no cable TV and weak WiFi lowers their score.

Excellent but no TV for news and should have been given a refund due to power outage for over 2 hours. Did not offer anything and had to leave without showering. Sucked. Too pricey for the place.

Had a required medical procedure come up and we could not go. I was charged for three nights even though I called well in advance to cancel. Guess where I won't be making reservations again?

I booked the large Conestoga wagon for my family. We got to spend two nights there and had a chance to explore Canton “trade days” that is right down the road. We have been trying to go camping every New Year's Eve for the last few years. The wagon we stayed in was number 1 and is the closest to the bathroom. It had a king size bed and two bunk beds. There was a heater inside, that worked well, even with freezing temperatures at night. We did take extra covers, but all beds had pillows covers and sheets. They also provided towels for 6 ppl. The bathroom was suppose to be only for the wagon guests, and had a code. We did see other people (not staying in the wagons) using the code and going in. Maybe because more ppl were actually using it, they were not maintained clean. There was trash overflowing. We noticed that it was picked up, but it got bad again pretty quickly. We had a great time there. The location of the wagons is in front of the pond, and is separated from the other camping spots. Very pretty. The resort offers many options for family activities and has a restaurant on site.
