Stayed an extra night due to weather. Barroom were clean. Hardly any water pressure in the shower, water in the campsite was off for most of the day on the first day. For the price I expected a little more than.

To say that our stay was awful is an understatement. On arriving at the camp we had sight of a very large dilapidated trailer park which shares the drive into the Koa. People from the trailer park are constantly coming into the Koa, not only to look around the campsite but use the facilities, unchecked by the Koa. These facilites are for use by the campers not for free use by the trailer park

Great place to stay to visit Charleston. The staff are excellent with recommendations of places to go and see. The Campgrounds are clean and well kept. Hope to be back again. Highly recommend the KOA.

Our family, like many others, camp so that we can keep our pets close by and safe. Upon arrival to this KOA, we were confronted with a very unfriendly pet policy of not allowing our dogs to be contained in a fence with our family. This made staying there very difficult for us, especially with the amount of stray cats roaming around. You should put this obscure policy on your website to warn.

Site c2 was long enough for our 34 foot trailer, truck and 2nd car. Pleasant and clean KOA. Friendly staff and we had an issue with our truck, they let us check out late and put a block on our site in case we needed to spend an unexpected night.

Overall it was OK. The bathrooms were not the cleanest. Two days in a row one of the mens stall was disgusting and was not cleaned. The site itself was awesome. The neighborhood next door was gross and had dogs barking a lot and loud music. The staff was very friendly especially the Navy corpsman veteran. Wi-Fi needs an upgrade. Nice but not on the same level as other KOAs

Rough part of town and very noisy, too include sirens most of the time. The campground is ok, just not safe.

Helpful staff, clean and orderly, beautiful flowers, cute cats/birds. Each year is better and better. Only negative is not enough grass in tent area and inconvenient placed picnic table in poor condition.

Very nice facility, easy check in, large pull through spot made ingress/egress very easy. About a 20 minute drive to downtown Charleston.

We spent 6 days on site B1 which we liked alot. It was convenient to the bathrooms, pool, store etc. Maintenance men were very helpful and enjoyable to talk to. They let me borrow their ladder also. We loved the complimentary coffee each morning. Bathrooms were clean, and the pool was also clean and refreshing. We will surely return when we visit the family that lives in Summerville.

Nice staff at checkin. Sites were good, but there could be more gravel or grass. The park was surprisingly quiet given proximity to the interstate and US 78. Convenient to get to sights in the area.

We enjoyed staying at your KOA. It was clean, quite, friendly. We were close to a food store and gas. We loved the patio on site G2. The pool was great. Thanks for allowing pets. We did not have one, but we might next visit.

location of campground was good to downtown although traffic was really bad getting around. Campground was boardering a trailer park with a lot of cats roaming around leaving their feces. I also noticed some campers seemed to be there for awhile like perminate residents with one camper having window AC units installed on the side of their camper . Rating this campground as fair . Sites were ok

Peaceful & clean. Friendly staff. We didn't use the amenities very much, as we used the campground as a base campground for touring Charleston, but what we saw looked very nice.

We had the only site around us with no picnic table. Why? Need to check sewer closers. The site next to us smelled of sewer each time we were out of our rv.

Pool ladder broken in deep end should be a safety item. also men bathroom toilet broken, they close pool at 8pm and game room nothing for kids to do has one pool table no ac in rec building no other game in building camp site very close to other camper no where to park if have 34’or bigger camper really a waste of money to camp there

I think that this was our fourth time here. Site was ok but there were several sites with cement pads that were not used for the two nights that we were there. I know that we booked far enough in advance that we it would have been nice to get a cement pad. For convenience, we probably will book here again.

Needs more than 2 shower stalls, dogs running loose in the campground pooped in my site twice, loose dogs also got in neighbors trash. sewer pipe connection broken at the ground and too far from site parking, excessive road/traffic noise.

2 nights, clean bathhouse and grounds so overall a good stay and would go back. The negative: when we checked in, our campsite had a bag of trash on the picnic table and there was unburned trash in the fire pit. Also, there was a fire ant nest beside the fire pit.

Stayed in April. Weather perfect no bugs. Very close to downtown. Clean, Quiet except for sirens and airplane noise, and sites were of nice size!!

The campsite was very rustic compared to the New Orleans KOA. Grass wasn’t cut. Shower heads need of replacement. Noisy. I will try other KOA outside Charleston if we visit again.
