Location was good. Site was not level. No cable, though we had sufficient stations with out antenna l. Weak WIFI that kept cutting out. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Park is basic gravel park , decent size spots good for one night stay passing through. Allowance of political flags was a turn off, not sure who the manager is but should pay attention to that. Honestly will proabaly shop for another campground before returning, mainly because of proximity to the freeway is too close. Employee was nice at check in.

The rates are outrageous, we only stayed there because we couldn’t secure a place at the Cheyenne Mountain State Park.

Only point of improvement would be to update the prices on the sign for the laundry room. It is now 2.50 each for both wash & dry. The sign reads 2.75-wash, 0.25/5 min - dry. Other than that, the location was great for what I needed. They even let me borrow a length of sewer hose to reach w/o backing up.

Site 138 Power Pedestal is dangerous and needs major maintenance. Someone is going to get seriously injured or killed.

They staff was very helpful and the campground was very clean and well kept. The only issue we had was all of the noise from I25.

The only downside to this KOA is its proximity to the Interstate and the attendant noise.

The 50amp breaker was above the 30amp plug and the 30amp breaker was above the 50amp plug in the box. Extension cords were running from the electrical box to the water faucets heating tape on many of the sites without covering the connection from rain or snow. Political signs were displayed on a couple of sites. The original site assigned to me already was occupied.

We were very disappointed in the quality of this "Holiday" KOA. The grounds were not kept up to a standard that should be expected for the premium price we paid to stay. Our site was not level, mostly dirt and mud. The gravel in our site was non-existent in much of the area. The pool was dirty, hot tub nonfunctional and the water was cloudy and uninviting. I could say so much more...

We have an awesome 1 night stay while traveling to South Dakota. Showers had hot water and were clean. Office staff was very nice and professional. It is a beautiful campground. Great scenery!!!!!

Large rv park. Currently making some improvements/ expansions. Restroom/ showers (woman’s) was disappointing. No real dressing area and several stalls were unavailable. If we return I would request spaces # 100-104. They are close to the river and “waterfall”.

It is apparent that the economic trials of the present are having an impact. We were placed amongst several campers who appeared to be residing at the campground. The sights were cluttered and the pressure of folks living there rather than traveling is apparent. I have stayed at this KOA multiple times in the past. Always has been well kept and in good standing. Sorry to say NOT SO MUCH ANY MORE.

Quiet park, easy access to I-25. The spaces long, gravel, and mostly level. The spacing between the sites was arranged so that you weren't looking into your neighbor's windows and offered more privacy than other campgrounds. Nice large dog park and lots of poop bag stations within the park.

Site was very unlevel, a was mostly dirt. When it rained it was nothing but mud. We observed at least two rigs that got stuck. The pool was dirty as well as the none functional hot tub. For being rated as a Holiday, with Holiday rates, this campground was terrible. I would not recommend it or stay here again.

Signed up for 2 nites stayed another two nites. Right off 25 the campground is clean every one helpful and close to pikes peak -royal gorge bridge and walkway was 59 miles but not a terrible drive. Would stay again!!

Always accommodating as possible. Was able to add nights due to early arrival. Pool was still being fixed but that's understandable. This KOA always has the happiest work campers of them all that we've stayed out. Nice work folks!

Was visiting our son who is a soldier at nearby Fort Carson. When I checked in, the staff would not extend a discount for my stay from an offer I received a few days after I booked this stay. They wouldn’t let me use any reward points, either. I was disappointed.

Eays access off I25 but also noisy because of I25. NO wifi and very expensive for what you get.

It's a very nice park. The only thing that needs to be improved is have the permanent residents clean their sites up.

First impressions matter-as a VIP member, I asked to use some points and was told I could not as I had not asked when I booked. From past experience, I knew this was not true and after going back and forth, the manager was called who was able to approve my points. I found it overpriced-gravel sites, patchy grass, no cable. Wonderful site by the river!

spending the day visiting the area. arrived early evening. The staff was very pleasant and let us sleep in our SUV. The site was clean and well maintained, we were close the the bathroom. Woke up on Easter morning to see the Easter Bunny hopping by. Everything was clean and very well maintained.

The staff was and is always great, especially the housekeeping lady that rushed to finish up cleaning our cabin so we could checkin early. We visit often since we live close by and love the people here so it's worth the 45 minute drive a few times a year. I only wish the waterpark was year around or heated.
