We were in the new section up on the hill. Roads were in rough shape - very dusty!!! Sites were beautiful and big. Would have liked to had shuttle service going between main campground and new section at least on weekends. Hoping to see a dog park up there in the future.

We come every year for Memorial Day weekend. This year there seemed to be a lot of families that had issues tubing down the river. More signage helping people determine where to get out and keeping people clam would be helpful. Also the people staying in the last site next to splash ally were very rude to those of us that were playing in the river with out kids.

We have to many negative comments for this extremely small space! Extremely small space just like the campsite we stayed in because someone decided appearance and the landscaping that consumed the majority of our campsite was more important than happy campers!! Not returning anytime soon!

The staff was very friendly and worked with us to change campsites. The campgrounds are well maintained and there’s plenty to do in the area. I would recommend anyone to stay at the KOA’s campgrounds. We had an awesome time!!

The staff were much friendlier than the last couple years. The live music was a great addition. I wish the lawn would have been mowed before we arrived, it was to my calves in some areas. The pricing is outrageous, our visits have decreased from 4x to 2x a year.

We stayed for 3 nights and our grandchildren had a great time. There was plenty for them to do and the campground was clean and very well maintained. Staff was always available, would highly recommend

Campground was clean and nice. Love the new Garelden area. For the price we paid, I would have expected our site to have been mowed better.

Every staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful. Most often offering that "extra" step to make guests feel valued. (Wood delivery, escort to campsite upon checkin) the activities were great and the amenities are super. But your staff is top notch and should be recognized.

The campground was kept very clean. It was a holiday weekend, so very crowded and many of the sites seem to be very small/on top of each other. I will be very selective of the site I choose for any return visit. Also, I would have thought after a holiday weekend, knowing the amount of people checking out, the office would have opened before 9am. Many people waiting outside to check out.

Had an amazing time with my family and friends this past weekend. A lot of activities for the kids and the lounge area for the adults was definitely nice. The creek tubing behind the campground was a welcomed amenity as well. Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Only thing I wish we had was water at our tent sites as cleaning dishes would be easier. Definitely returning!

Our tent sites very roomy and close to other facilities. Fire rings on the ground and being able to walk to the Diamond Mines a plus. Variety of planned activities and other things to do like gaga ball, disc golf, etc were great for kids. Little difficult to find water spigot for filling water coolers. Store ran out of pain relievers. Wish car parking was closer to tent sites for convenience

Stayed twice in my travels up north. Once along the main office and store and once along the river. They seem to have issues from travelers letting their furry friends make deposits anywhere they travel along. And our Canadian feathered friends enjoyed doing the same along the river area. So it was interesting to say the most for watch where you walk. Other then that it was your average Koa.

Loved the campgrounds. Just beautiful. Loved shopping at mineral store across the street. The only downside is we enjoy watching our TV. Without cable it was a bummer. We assumed there was cable. We were very disappointed to find no cable.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Nice, clean , modern and well maintained campground. The dump station is on an incline and we didn’t get a full dump. Otherwise this is one of the best campgrounds we’ve ever stayed at. Lots to do!!! We like it so much we’ve decided to cancel our site at Lake George to come back in two weeks.

Disappointed in site 210, water was terrible, ran it for 15 minutes and it would not run clear, and the sewer cap impossible to remove. Thank you for letting us move to site 70, water was clear, and sewer cap was easy to remove.

2nd time here, great as usual! We love this scenic campground and our dog loves swimming in Splash Alley. Beautiful sites and grounds. We’ll be back again!

The staff was great in helping me upgrade to cabin K5 for our 2nd anniversary. We loved the cabin, cozy and peaceful! The only suggestion I have is to make sure that the grills work. We had to assist our neighbors with their grill for it would not start, had plenty of propane. In the end we had to switch the grills out with one that worked. Overall, we had a great time and stay!

As far as KOA facilities, poor maintenance, arrived after office closed, site had dog crap all over it , we cleaned up more 10 piles, shower were poor , barely clean, small, no shelves to put shampoo or soap, definitely wear foot wear, upon leaving sat. Early we tried to use dump station , only had maybe 10 to12 gal. , only got part of tank empty , and sewage started overflowing out of dump tank,

Super cute Cabin. Beautiful Kampground. Stayed in KT2, and the only complaint was the pull out couch. To sit on it was very uncomfortable, and to lay on the "bed" once it was pulled out was horrendous. The mattress was no more than a cover for the springs. You could feel the cross bars as well as every pocket where the springs on the frame were. Not to mention how loud the bed was when moving.

Lovely, large park, nice level sites. Tons to do and see. Remarkable amenities including river fishing, weather stations, telescopes and much more. Clean and comfortable with a well stocked store. Friendly, helpful staff. Great place for all ages. Loved our stay.

One of the coolest places you could bring your family around here. Spend a day at the diamond mines or a few nights at the campground. Fishing, tubing, beers, lots of options. Head up to their sister company "Gems Along the Mohawk" for a historical cruise along the Erie Canal, with a working demonstration of the Lock system.

Very well kept and beautiful grounds. Staff were very nice and accommodating with adding nights to our stay. Shockingly quiet given proximity to the road. Almost every site has a grand view of the West Canada Creek. The garden area is absolutely stunning. The only cons were: -there were QR codes everywhere for food and drink but as of 5/30 they're not actually open -there's no set up in the small store for coffee or tea as other koas have had (just nice to take a walk and grab coffee) -several sites down ppl had brought 4 cats they let roam free and then got upset if dogs barked at them-I love cats but they should be leashed. All in all I would absolutely stay here again as it truly is a hidden gem. The Diamond mines being across the street was a nice surprise as well. There's a perfect stairway and area to cross to get to the Diamond mines as well.
