We stayed Friday-Sunday for an event we were attending at the Casino. We had a site right along the creek and it was amazing. The views, the water, the concrete patio, the easy pull thru (parallel to the creek), and the staff were amazing! It did rain just about the entire stay but we still had a great time. And Uber DOES operate in the area. We were picked up and dropped off right from the KOA!

Unfortunately, the Lickdale KOA lost water service (for camper guests) somewhere around 10 PM on Saturday night, May 11th with NO ABILITY to notify campground staff. The published emergency number reflected there is no voicemail established; therefore, no means to report the issue! It forced us to leave early on Sunday morning vs having the ability to stay until lunchtime. ���

Hello, Thank you for your survey. The water pressure dropped out at night slowly before we were notified in the morning. A guest took out a pump without reporting it. The after hours phone never rang that night, I apologize if you may have called wrong number. We did call and notify everyone.

Staff was very friendly. The store has great food. I would have given it 5 stars but the water pressure was terrible at our site. We could barely get a trickle through our motorhome. I did mention it when we checked out and they said someone hit the hydrant? I think they should have mentioned it at check-in so we weren't panicking thinking something was wrong with our motorhome.

We camped there Saturday, May 11th and did not have any water pressure around 8:00 pm. We called the emergency telephone number and we were told the voice mailbox has not been setup. Therefore, we could not notify anyone about no water until the office opened on Sunday morning. The staff did not seem concerned that most of the campground did not have water.

There was an emergency during our stay (no water anywhere in the campground), however, the emergency number was not set up. No water is an emergency that requires immediate attention. There should always be a working emergency number. The next morning, the staff had no idea there had been no water from the evening the day before. We were disappointed in the lack of help.

I apologize if you had trouble with emergency line through your carrier, but we use it all the time with late arrivals. We didn;t have any missed calls. We did call and notify everyone of issue, we left voicemail or spoke to everyone. f the night.

Put into a spot to small for camper damaging camper and no water for 16 hours

Very little water pressure. Few restroom facilities. 3 of the 4 men’s toilets were inoperable.

Thank you for your feedback, but like all campers on property and coming in you were called. As announced, a guest damaged a water pedestal and we hurried to fix it. We are sorry for the inconvenience but did offer any kind of assistance you may have needed. Thanks again

I liked that each new arrival is escorted to their site; and that staff member was friendly. I liked that signs in the campground instructed that no child is to be left without supervision of a 12 year old or less. All in all, protecting, keeping safe, the occupants of the campground. We stayed in rv towing car. Only stayed one night but the campground was spotless. Dog park was the cleanest I’ve ever seen and it was all grass so no muddy pup in the rain!!

Easy Interstate access, all the amenities, level pull-thru access, good basic cable, friendly, helpful folks, open year-round, good value with no hidden charges. Highly recommended.

We only stop here on our trip south and then back home to New England. Jonestown is neat, clean, and easy on/off highway. They have a great staff, grocery store and delicious food. And ice cream and other items for dessert. We also are able to obtain propane. Thank you!!!

Didn't have cable wire, didn't need it at any other KOA. Other KOA's just needed to select their Wi-Fi and not even a password was needed and we had live TV. EASY. Wi-Fi would only connect phones. TV roku couldn't stream or access live TV. Asked for help, but unable to help us so we had no TV. This should be better. Would reconsider coming back.

roads & site were all mud ,pot holes filed with water,standing water across roads,not much gravell at all.not a place to take a walk with your dog.lucky i only stayed 1 night.worst koa roads on east coast.

Thank you for your feedback, we are currently working on the roads everyday as you would have seen the workers when you were here. Unfortunately a lot of rain/storms have been coming through the area and it creates mud occasionally.

Local boys are louder than the truck stop across the road late into the night and started up again 5:30am.Very impersonal at check in. Couldn't level front to back on a pull thru site. Bright yellow light lighting up the inside of our trailer all night (with blackout shades).-Should have just stayed on the road. NOT worth the convenience anymore.

Camp site is in a good location for outdoor activities. However, RV site I was assigned was right next to road and had traffic noise all night. May have been quieter further back in the campgrounds.

Beautiful campsite by creek. Excellent, friendly, intelligent staff. Wonderful amenities at site. The delicious food delivery service was extremely helpful after 5 hours of driving and not needing to cook dinner.

We picked Jonestown KOA to be close to home on our first camping trip with our grandson. We were impressed by the amount of kid amenities. My grandson had a great time at the playground, on the jump pad & enjoyed the fresh ice cream! Very clean bath house & restrooms. Nice quiet campground. Will stay again in the future!

The campground was nice and clean. Although I felt like we were really close together, it wasn't noisy. We didn't spend much time at the site as we had family functions to attend.

We had a problem with the cable reception and a worker came to check. He said that he had to get a tv to connect . He left and never came back. Very disappointed in the response.

Stopped in on our way to Tennessee. Great location right off the highway. Spacious sites. Friendly staff. Restaurant will deliver to your site. Only draw back is its right next to a highway and it can be loud! When booking ask where your site is if traffic noise is a concern. We will definitely book again when traveling through.

We made reservations at the last minute! They found us a spot. Very clean and well maintained campground. Ate at the on site restaurant! It was delicious. They will also deliver anything you need to your site! Awesome stop!
