We had an issue and it was handled very quickly. We found all the employees very helpful and friendly.

We enjoyed the site and amenities. Though the shower took at least 20 min after a shower to drain and the propane grill didn't work. We called twice about it, the first time maintenance just turned the gas all the way on and thought that was all they needed to do. The second time it was completely out and ruined our dinner. Would rather have the grill fire pit they had last time, 5 years ago.

Nice cabin, quite, friendly staff, only issue was the batrroom/shower was never cleaned

Checking in was very hard, because there was no one at the welcome office, despite being during "open" hours. It took several calls to get them on the phone. It always took many calls to get help. I had questions to call about 2-3 times during my stay, and I never got anyone on the phone, nor did they return my call when I left voicemail. The facility was clean and the site was nice.

Cabins were exactly as they should be

Bathhouse was not open by pool. The next close one- men’s side out of order, women’s side had no warm water. Cold shower was not fun!!

Campgrounds are well maintained and beautiful. Plenty to do at the one location. Staff are very nice.

We had a beautiful view of the Ohio River. Great stay. We would have stayed longer if there was room for our friends to stay, too.

Check in and check out process should be explained better. Otherwise great place.

I had a wonderful stay at this KOA! It has a pool that has a greenhouse-like structure surrounding it, so that was nice. The staff was very nice and very helpful and there were food trucks every day that I was there. The whole location was beautiful!

Its not a bad park but for the price & how close the spots were to each other & as small of space i had i couldnt even have a fire in my pit so prob wont be staying there again

Check in was nearly impossible. Without the help of guests staying on site, we would have never been able to check in. Arrived at 4:45pm to find an empty office with no instructions, no answer to phone calls. Cut a day off our two night stay.

Campsites are very well kept the whole facility is very well kept clean. Everybody was friendly. Only issue was weather didn’t cooperate, but that is Murphy’s Law. I would definitely come back.

Great place. Clean, safe, comfortable. Great water attractions.

We had a reservation in the "Deluxe" tent area. We got there and the tent area is literally stacked so tight together that the other campers had their belonging on our site. We opted for the primitive camping and moved across the gravel drive. As people came and went dutlring our stay it was caos in the deluxe area because they are so tight and yet unmarked. The tent area needs some love.

Overall nice place, however the primary reason we chose to stay there was the indoor pool that was closed (not noted on website) and the restaurant was closed (also not noted). Otherwise camp/facility were clean and well taken care of. Staff was very professional and friendly.
