The stuff is available when need, it would have been appreciated that someone would check up on a visitor halfway through their stay, 10 days, no one stop in. It great to see the manager riding around in a golf cart but why don’t they do a walk through now and then to give a personal touch

AWESOME, AWESOME STAY....OUR CABIN WAS WONDERFUL & VERY CLEAN....THE STAFF AT NEW BERN WERE FANTASTIC.....THE TOWN OF NEW BERN IS A GREAT LITTLE TOWN WITH FANTASTIC RESTAURANTS...THERE IS PLENTY TO DO AT THE CAMPGROUUND, CANOOEING, PADDLE BOARDING,PADDLE BOATS...IF YOU HAVEN'T BEEN TO THIS RESORT DON'T MISS IT....IT'S RIGHT ON THE WATER.

We stayed at your deluxe cabin, everything was ready for our arrival, including the a/c was on. The stay was a very quiet and peaceful stay. This was our second stay, and we will return for more stays.

As always we loved our stay at the New Bern KOA . Leni and Chino are doing a fantastic job of making the campground look even more beautiful than it already does. The new pool is great! We had a little hiccup with our reservation and they went above and beyond to accommodate us. That speaks volumes. This truly is the best KOA we've ever been to and can't wait to come back.

We rented two cabins. They were conveniently located to the kids playground area, and were clean and comfortable. The people that work at the KOA were friendly and helpful. They made our stay relaxing.

We stayed here for four nights and we throughly enjoyed our stay! All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. They delivered our firewood quickly and kept the areas neat and clean! The cabin we rent was cleaned and comfortable! The scenic views are beautiful here and there are plenty of places to relax and fun activities to do. I would highly recommend this for a camping experience with KO

We adore the New Bern KOA! We have been to visit several times. The grounds are relaxing and entertaining for all. This trip unfortunately our cabin had a terrible case of ants, even the spray did not touch them, they crawled on us in bed and were all over the counters and the bathroom. Hopefully they are able to get rid of those little buggers but in any case, we will still visit again!

It was ok, I like that they being ice and wood to your cabin, I didnt like that they were remodeling while we were there, pool closed but none of this info was on the website... I would have booked somewhere else until the place was finished. Good overall, friendly staff but I didnt like that I got a call asking if I checked out when I was almost at home... disconnect between employees ...

Since our bed was so uncomfortable and we didn’t sleep well, we were most appreciative that we were compensated for one night of our stay. This campground is our favorite and we will be back.

My wife and 2 kids have absolutely fell in love with this KOA. The staff are super friendly, the grounds and facilities are always super clean, and everyone just makes you feel safe and comfortable. We can't wait to spend the whole summer here!

I love the New Bern KOA! The activities were well organized and fun. The campground was clean and well kept. My dogs had a great time taking walks around the campground and visiting the dog park. We rented a cabin, and it was adorable and well equipped with just exactly what we needed. I will definitely be back.

Nice campground. Reception was excellent. However we had to leave early as we found ants in the bunks the 2nd night. So we did not stay second night.

We only stayed one night but are already planning another trip. It is beautiful there. The camp is clean, quiet and really accommodating. They texted me the day we checked in and the day we checked out with something new to do or explore. Outstanding campground. We have already told all our friends it is the place to go. Thank you

Team members Dale and Shelia was outstanding with their attentive customer service! We stayed in a cabin which was well maintained and very clean. Kudos to the entire staff. The park was well maintained and very clean. We will definitely stay again!

We spent 3 nights in a great deluxe cabin here, while visiting New Bern. The cabin and amenities were perfect for us, and we especially appreciated that it was pet friendly for our little poodle! The staff kept the grounds so clean, and the views of the river were outstanding. We plan to return, as this was a good trip and a great place to stay!

We camped in our RV, so I can't speak to the cabins, but the public facilities were immaculate. Lots to do for campers if all ages and very close to many local attractions. The camp store had all the items you would expect to find, including fishing bait. The staff was very friendly.

Just wrapping up a three day stay at this KOA. We were needing a spot that was level and convenient to our destination but this place is so much more! The basics: spots are level, clean and easy to navigate. Full hookups and picnic table at every spot. Price is very reasonable and many options to upgrade your stay with patios/grills/cabins. The extras: By far the best wifi we have encountered at any rv park. Full access throughout the camp and we had no issues working from our laptops. The bathhouse and laundry facilities are super clean and easy to find. The smaller cute bathhouses that were just added are super convenient! The camp store is amazing, such a great selection of needed items, loved the selection of local jams, jellies, seasonings and snacks. The pool is in a perfect location and really gives you that resort style vibe. The superstars: The staff and fishing dock. You can tell the staff take great care of this property, constantly attending to the park upkeep and making sure everything is running smoothly. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The dock! So peaceful and such a great amenity. We loved walking there daily and taking it all in. Loved having water views and swinging benches to watch the sunset. Highly recommend!

Friendly and helpful staff. Very very clean grounds. Dogs must be on leash except at the dog park. Bathrooms are super clean but shower stalls are super small. I'm only 5'8" and weigh 140 and had a hard time fitting in the shower. Water access is nice with pretty areas to kayak in. 4 washers and dryers available
