It is way to crowded and very difficult to maneuver a big trailer in such a cramped space. I suggest widen the roads a bit and make the park a little less crowded and it would be perfect. Easy to get to but hard to maneuver inside the small spaces

Stayed for 5 nights at KOA. Booked last year for a stay after leaving HHI. Easy access. Very good directions on their website. Personable check in staff. Gave awesome recommendations on local restaurants. Guide to our site. Nice laundry services and very clean pool. Easy access to tourist attractions downtown. Trolley picked up from KOA although we didn’t use. Will stay again.

Only our second stay in a KOA, and really not impressed. Basic, overpriced campgrounds. We stayed in a pull through site and had a very small camp area. The rig next to us was right on top of us. The table, chairs, and grill were nice, but I bring all that with me. Bathhouse was older, but clean. Other than check in, staff wasn’t overly nice. Overpriced for what you get.

We have been coming to St. Augustine Beach KOA for several years now and we've seen a lot of improvements to the park. It seemed noisier this time at nights but then we were closer to the office which we don't mind at all. Thanks, and see you next year.

Return trip from 2023. Love this campground. Its location is great for exploring St.Augustine and surrounding area. The sites are clean and many are shaded. Staff is very friendly and the convienence of the Trolley pickup is great.

The only negative I have is your WIFI is very poor other than that I have no complaints! Campground was clean the staff were very friendly! We would definitely go back!

Very nice campground. Owners were great! Clean bathrooms and common areas. Easy access to everything. Large lot for my motorhome towing a car. Only concern was there were no tee shirts in gift shop so I could advertise for the campground.

We stay at this campground several times a year and will continue to. We accidentally set up in the wrong space this weekend and didn’t realize it until hours later. They didn’t even skip a beat! Didn’t bother us at all and moved the next guy to our spot. Great customer experience.

We drove down from Georgia for a reunion. Our camper spot was ready for us and everything worked well. We liked be able to leave the trash out front for pickup every day. There were plenty of dog walking areas with pick up bags. The pool area is clean and nice. Many spots have nice shade. Lots of pull thru spots. The water, power, and septic were all close and clean. This is a nice place!

What an incredible gem of a campground! So clean and having our space facing the beautiful little lake was absolutely icing on the cake. The staff was so helpful and friendly, the K-9 camp well maintained for our 4-legged babies, and easily accessible to all needed locations such as shopping, dining and downtown St. Augustine.

Wifi was way to slow, often as low 25 kbps, which is insufficient to cope with basis operations such as emailing and surfing on the net for news and stuff.

The back in spots are in cack of a stripmall with a biker bar, so its a little noisy. between the bikes and the dumpsters being serviced. The restrooms are clean and the grounds are upkept nicely. Friendly staff I would return but opt for a quieter pull thru spot.

The amount payed for site next to the lake is to pricey for what you get. All of the fire pits rusted and not useable. Other sites across drive had chimenea which would have been nice.

Unfortunately we were only at the KOA for one short evening. What we saw was extremely impressive, enough to put the St Augustine Beach KOA on our bucket list to stay a week next year.

Very convenient to old town beach and restaurants. Pool is very clean and sunny. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Reserved for next year charged $10.00 pick a site fee. That sucks. Spent about $7000.00 there the last 4 years plus a koa vip. Would like to see that fee credited.

We had a fabulous time staying at the KOA with our whole family! Kids had a blast playing in the pool and fishing in the pond. We rented one of the Deluxe cabins and our parents brought their camper. The facilities were nice and clean and everyone working there was super friendly! We cannot wait to return!

We really enjoyed our time. The patio sitting area was very very nice. Table with chairs , fire pit with benches and a gas grill. Very clean. Lovely pond, we walked to the beach to watch sunrise and biked into St Augustine

I think this KOA is better for people with campers or who are going to rent a cabin. In a tent it just feels like I'm camping behind a plaza….their industrial AC units run all night and are pretty loud. But the KOA its self is clean, bathrooms are huge. And all the staff was nice.

If you have never stayed at the Saint Augustine Beach Koa holiday in Saint Augustine, Florida, I highly recommend that you check it out because the rooms there are very spacious. One thing that I have to say about the service at the saint Augustine Beach Koa campground is that they are very welcoming to all the guests and willing to answer any questions that you may have regarding your reservation or anything that you may need for your campsite during your stay at this amazing campground. One thing that I have to say about the location is great because you're right across the street from a shopping center with a dollar general and also in the same location there is also a bank. One thing that I have to say about the service that I received there the last time that I was there. It was amazing, and the people who were working at the check-in were super helpful and willing to answer any questions that we had they answered them for us, and it's a great place to camp at In the saint Augustine Florida area. One thing that I have to say about the cleanliness of the camp ground Is that it's very clean and organized and overall not a lot of trash anywhere and overall it's just a wonderful place to enjoy a great time with your friends and family in the saint Augustine Florida area. In my conclusion, this place, by far, has exceeded my expectations for one of my favorite places that i have ever camped at in the saint Augstine florida area.
