All of the staff are so friendly and helpful. The park is beautifully maintained with lots of amenities. We have stayed at 13 RV parks in the past 6 weeks and this one is our favorite.

The office people closed and turned the lights off at the office as I was getting out of my truck to check in. It wasn’t even 5pm yet. Got to the cabin and realized the door was key code and we did not receive the code. We choose KOA for their friendly staff and nice campgrounds. Disappointed to say the least.

Very comfortable 2 night stay while we attended the PBR world championship. Our site was shaded and our 2 dogs enjoyed their walks with us during the morning and afternoon. We recommend this KOA RV location for all who visit Arlington, Texas.

It’s was ok but the park is not kept up like it used to be. They had cut bushes at our site and they were not picked up until late that afternoon. Some of the sites grass had not been mowed

Really surprised and impressed. Location was great and in town. That being said you would not know you were in town at all. Quiet, clean and extremely friendly and helpful staff.

Just perfect. Clean friendly. Had everything we needed. Close access to both nights at the ATT stadium. Just perfect. Thank you. We enjoyed our vacation.

Was not real happy with the site. Tree branches scraped the roof of the motor home. Once we finally placed the camper on what was level ground a stinking raised fire grill was right off the steps to the camper. The hook ups for water, sewer and electric were nowhere near the back of the camper. Shamefully half of the washers in the laundry were broken. The dog park had 2 huge mud spots, broke pipe

The TV did not work and nobody showed up to fix it after we informed the office. We had to go to the office twice to get towels as they were not restocked as expected. The soiled towels were never picked up and just simmered in a plastic garbage bag. (FYI, the front door on DC3 catches on the top step landing and sticks there.)

Clean park, restrooms nice and clean. Would stay again. Grass was tall at some of the sites. Playground was swings and a bounce pad in full sun. Had hoped there was more activities for kids.

Very nice store. With nice people working it. Little difficult to get in and out of. But it’s in the middle of Arlington. The grounds need some better landscaping and some more gravel to park your camper on. I will stay there again.

Staff Friendly like family Camp Ground STAY Clean and Grass Cut VERY Fun Safe little hidden Gem In the City. Campground is nice and facilities clean. We had a nice tent spot. Area surprisingly quiet for being in the city. Only complaint is I had to checkout a day early and was gone by checkout time. They would not refund the amount for the day I did not stay. The girl at the desk said “they” won’t let us do a refund. REALLY?!? So in reality I paid KOA for nothing. That’s why a 3 star rating.

Terrible site! NO paver pad or picnic table, adjoining sites had both. Overgrown grass on gravel made for messy walking. Facilities were just ok.

The grass is too high!! I was not liking walking my dogs in it. 3rd time I've stayed there and the grass was high. Not sure what's going on in this location.

In general a great location and nice campground. We had a couple issues. 1. The site we had was extremely prone to flooding during heavy rain. Since we were not warned of this, many articles we had sitting on the ground were washed away some to never be seen again. Enve our kayaks were washed towards the creek but too big to go under fence.. 2. Swimming pool is not open until Memorial Day.

It was ok. We've stayed in many Koa's during our road trip and this one was not as good. Toilets dirty, not cleaned for days. Little store didn't have some essentials like bread and milk.

I give you high marks but there are some areas I think you could improve on. The sewer connection was stripped out so my adapter was loose. I had to put my foot in it to empty my tanks. Luckily, this trip we did not bring our dogs as the grass burrs were everywhere. Also, it would be great to work with the city to get a curb cut for the left hand turn, if possible. Still a great trip.

Very nice facility. Plenty of space between neighbors, heavily treed, and well-kept grounds. Highly recommend is your travels take you to this area.

A little hard to get into. Follow the directions they send you instead of your GPS. Absolutely one of the nicest KOA's we have stayed in. They need to put a change machine in the laundry room

Site, bathrooms all good. Laundry room smelled of septic system. Gets the furrowed brow as soon as you enter it. Other than that, nice place.

It is a little getaway right in the middle of town. Secure and everyone was friendly, the down fall is it is on a busy one way street.

We stayed here for two nights while exploring the Dallas area. The campground is close to everything. The grounds and the bathrooms were clean quiet and exactly what we were looking for. The staff in the store were wonderful and the store is stocked with great items including hot coffee in the morning. I would definitely stay here again.

Great RV Park located in Arlington, when you get in the gate, you can’t tell you are in the heart of the city, very tranquil! Conveniently located neat major sports stadiums, easy in and out! Well maintained grounds and friendly staff!! We will be back!!

We have been staying here for the past 10 days. It was supposed to be only 3 days but our motorhome broke down on 4/27 just as we were leaving the main driveway. This KOA RV park, particularly Kara and Robert, have gone out of their way to accommodate us and to make this trauma easier on us. Kara gave us some phone numbers of local mobile RV mechanics and RV shops. Thank you for being so nice!

My site was completely level. Just lowered my bigfoot system down to stabilize and I was done. Another pro was location. Everything you could need or want is close by and easy to get to. Even with a 5 star rating I do have a couple of cons. Sites are gravel, cement pads would be nice. A very narrow entrance, I have a 30 ft motorhome so I had no trouble. If I were towing a 30 ft camper the narrow entrance would be challenging with heavier traffic. Staff was friendly and I would definitely stay there again.

We just stayed for 2 nights here and I just wanted to say thank you for this little getaway spot! The pool was closed until memorial weekend which was sad but it was still nice to walk around and play in their playgrounds with my son. The bathroom were clean during our stay and stuff was attentive to trash. I was thinking people would have music playing and be little louder but it was super quiet, not the camping I'm use to but still enjoyed it! So glad there was AC in our cabin and bathrooms were nearby! Will definitely be back, the location is near alot of restaurant and stores in case you don't want to grill or forgot something.
