Stayed twice in my travels up north. Once along the main office and store and once along the river. They seem to have issues from travelers letting their furry friends make deposits anywhere they travel along. And our Canadian feathered friends enjoyed doing the same along the river area. So it was interesting to say the most for watch where you walk. Other then that it was your average Koa.

Loved the campgrounds. Just beautiful. Loved shopping at mineral store across the street. The only downside is we enjoy watching our TV. Without cable it was a bummer. We assumed there was cable. We were very disappointed to find no cable.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Nice, clean , modern and well maintained campground. The dump station is on an incline and we didn’t get a full dump. Otherwise this is one of the best campgrounds we’ve ever stayed at. Lots to do!!! We like it so much we’ve decided to cancel our site at Lake George to come back in two weeks.

This is my second year coming with my family, and each time we have been blown away by the absolute incredible staff. I wish I could remember names but you truly have some great people. We have decided that we will be back for years to come! Thank you all!!!!

Disappointed in site 210, water was terrible, ran it for 15 minutes and it would not run clear, and the sewer cap impossible to remove. Thank you for letting us move to site 70, water was clear, and sewer cap was easy to remove.

2nd time here, great as usual! We love this scenic campground and our dog loves swimming in Splash Alley. Beautiful sites and grounds. We’ll be back again!

The staff was great in helping me upgrade to cabin K5 for our 2nd anniversary. We loved the cabin, cozy and peaceful! The only suggestion I have is to make sure that the grills work. We had to assist our neighbors with their grill for it would not start, had plenty of propane. In the end we had to switch the grills out with one that worked. Overall, we had a great time and stay!

The picnic tables need to be replaced. The site we were at the ground is lower than the gravel that are trailer was on.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bath houses were very clean. The store was stocked with everything you would need for tent camping or RV camping.

As far as KOA facilities, poor maintenance, arrived after office closed, site had dog crap all over it , we cleaned up more 10 piles, shower were poor , barely clean, small, no shelves to put shampoo or soap, definitely wear foot wear, upon leaving sat. Early we tried to use dump station , only had maybe 10 to12 gal. , only got part of tank empty , and sewage started overflowing out of dump tank,

Absolutely love it here. This the 4 th year we have been here. Now it’s a yearly camping trip. people are very friendly. Can’t wait to come again.

Super cute Cabin. Beautiful Kampground. Stayed in KT2, and the only complaint was the pull out couch. To sit on it was very uncomfortable, and to lay on the "bed" once it was pulled out was horrendous. The mattress was no more than a cover for the springs. You could feel the cross bars as well as every pocket where the springs on the frame were. Not to mention how loud the bed was when moving.

Lovely, large park, nice level sites. Tons to do and see. Remarkable amenities including river fishing, weather stations, telescopes and much more. Clean and comfortable with a well stocked store. Friendly, helpful staff. Great place for all ages. Loved our stay.

Lovely location albeit a bit remote. We chose a back in along the open field so we could get satellite reception. Site was basic gravel with no concrete patio. Staff were excellent.

Had a Beautiful,location on the creek. Didn’t use any of there services due to pre-Memorial day. Terrible wood selection for fires. Great trash and recycle choices. Very clean KOA. Need to update their website for correct information for activities.

This was honestly THE BEST trip! We had so much fun, there was so much to do, and the staff was so nice! Highly recommend!

It was overall pretty good but some things were frustrating. I had seen that the restaurant wouldn't be open yet but was disappointed the canteen wasn't, no where to eat. The store only had raw bacon. Then in the lodge (K4), the sign on the wall said there was a dig kit in the lodge and it wasn't there. I even asked.

Very nice campground. One of the best we've ever stayed at. We were only there for one night on a long trip, but will certainly go back. Well maintained in all regards, with an exceptional staff.

The cabins by miners village (we stayed in DK3) were so cute! The kitchen was so helpful to have and the amenities were very nice. The bed wasn’t the greatest (but when are they ever?), but that did not take away from our trip at all. Close to town for groceries and a lovely stay overall. I will definitely stay here again!

The location is amazing. Herkimer diamond mines are right across the street. This place had so many family friendly activities. There are lots of food options. Every staff member was friendly, helpful and accommodating. They offer to go the distance even if you don't ask. The river was freezing but definitely an experience for tubing. The "garden" is clean and cute with plenty of seating. A unique airstream bar/food truck and a camper that serves icecream. The pool area is nice. I would like to congratulate the management and staff at this KOA. Great job and nicely done! I hope we can make it back again for a stay here!

We were here mon thru Friday and it's our second time here and the staff was so nice and very helpful. Love the cabins plenty of room for 5 of us. Campground is kept spotless. We are definitely coming back next year.
