There were clearly carpenter bees or ants infesting our cabin. We had sawdust on our bed every morning from something burrowing into the ceiling. There were also holes in the walls that were only fixed by shoving steel wool into them. Lastly, the screens on the windows were being held on with packing tape. For the amount of money we are charged, this is unacceptable.

Friendly staff, too many caterpilllars literally falling on us. Never seen that before in the 4 years we’ve been coming. Bathroom issues- men’s bathroom: one toilet kept breaking, one sink didn’t work and the floor was always wet and gross.

I had a wonder weekend at this koa. The staff were amazing. I needed them a few times and they came quickly to resolve my problem. The campground was very clean

The campground are great. The cabin we stayed in KL3, needs an update. The queen mattress is not good. The couch is original to the cabin. The tv's need to be replaced. Not many pots to cook with & there are not many cooking utensils.

To have 2-3 non working showers at all times during an expensive holiday weekend is unacceptable. I tried to take a shower at 1:45am one night and there was a line. The women's room had no soap from Sunday night til the time I left on Monday which was just after a cleaning. You keep raising prices but take away things like garbage bags and tablecloths. And now check in is one hour later.

Everything was great. I wish the bathrooms got services more often, couple times there was no toilet paper :( …otherwise great place. We’ll be back!

We had a great stay! So many fun things to do, and although the kids wouldn't go in the pool because the water was too cold, the adults were brave enough for a cooling dip. Turn the temp up juuuuust slightly... We spilt our large group between premium cabins and tent sites. The cabin sites were lovely, the tent sites were bare and noisy. 10pm quiet time not respected. Also not many trees on ours.

I appreciate the kind and polite staff. I feel the amenities however are just lacking. The bathrooms were very dirty all weekend. I was told two different check in times. I would assume there would be bike or cart rentals. One of my pool towels was used to clean up a kitchen sink leak during pancake breakfast. My daughter's bike was stolen immediately after we checked out. Went back to

Great staff ~ fun activities. Stayed in a small cabin ~ I thought the showers could use a good updating. The bathrooms were cleaned regularly but some people are not the neatest (not staff ~ guests). Overall nice stay.

It was great until the morning. The cabins in the front need curtains lol I disliked getting up at 6am because the sun. Maybe pit dark blinds in them. Also the water wasn't hot so not happy with taking a cold shower. But the workers and place are great. Just keep in mind of the water and most importantly the curtains. See you soon have another stay already booked.

You never honored but one get one stay been coming for 17 years same weekend the only good thing was carol and her functions cabin had no hot water to shower freezing cold Friday night and no tv

Friendly, accommodating staff. Showers are cleaned regularly and have nice hot water. Cabins are cute and sanitized. Many amenities and always special activities. We love this KOA!

The restrooms were not clean and ran out of paper towels. The shower area were very dirty, smelly, and rusty. No coin changer machine in the laundry room. The office don't open until 9 am and the only coin machine was in the arcade room which was closed early that day. The cottage had a bad draft and my kids were shivering despite of the space heater and jackets.

We had fun. However our deluxe cabin had no hot water in the shower. We had to use the regular showers. They need to fix that issue. They have to give some credit to the campers. Thanks

It was very nice, and the staff was friendly. I recommend having an air freshener and/or odor remover for a cabin since it smells weird on the first day. More hooks! To hang jackets or bags. The shed with all the sports activities was closed on both days we were there, and my kids were hoping to play basketball.

We had a great time the only thing was that the cabin was extremely dirty… which was very disappointing Couldn’t use any utensils from the amount of filth in there. Also there was feces on the outside of the toilet.. bedrooms were never swept… just really dirty

I’ve been to several koas, by far my favorite, the only “issue” is the showers. Definitely need more, better cleanings, and or renovation. Other than that, no complaints :)

This stay was very disappointing. I have no problem with the fact that it was cold and raining as the weather is not predictable but the fact that all activities were canceled and even the arcade was closed made for a long miserable day for the grandkids

Best campground. Wonderful accommodating staff, clean, security, great amenities and all woodsy and plenty of space. My grandson loves it and loves it and we can’t wait to return in the Spring!

For the prices charged, the cabin beds are terribly hard and it was not cleaned before arrival. The table was tilted and there should at minimum be a coffee pot provided. There needs to be activities for teens, not just young kids. Adults without children should be exempt from the ridiculous daily “resort” fees. The outrageous prices should automatically cover activities. Not a satisfied campe

I used to LOVE this campground. However, post-COVID, I have been throughly unimpressed. They have been spending to improve facilities, but due to short staff, the activities that my kids loved are no longer available. We go for Halloween weekends specifically for the spooky house/trail, and they didn't have it ready this year. Also, the jumping pillow was not open for 90% of our stay.

We stayed in a cabin to join a relative who has a camping vehicle, and even though it rained our whole weekend we were still able to enjoy our visit. We still had a chance to walk the camp roads in the woods when the rain let up, and we appreciated that there was a covered pavillion where activities could still take place. I like visiting family where the young folks have activities.

The Deluxe Cabins were ok but could have been cleaned better and the hot water never truly worked in the shower or sink. The fire pit is too close to the patio that you can’t really gather around it. The Amenities charge has gone up but the haunted house wasn’t there and the morning pancakes were missed too!

Had to wipe down cabin table was sticky and under beds were needed . Wiped down the beds as well . Ordered wood which it wouldn’t burn , tried wood started that I bought and lighter fluid . The wood just wouldn’t burn really weird and I kept the wood inside cabin so it wasn’t damp or wet . Also activity shed was locked . We made the best of it . Staff at check in was awesome !!!

We stayed in deluxe cabin k106. Lovely!! Enjoyed our view of the pond and watching the kids on the playground. Only downside was getting hot water to the shower. Had to have maintenance come by to show us the "secret" to hot water. All in all a very positive stay. Thx you.
