Bathrooms were so dirty. No wifi at all where they parked us.

Nice site but front showers weren’t working, back bathrooms ran out of toilet paper and campground smelled like a porta pot with bugs covering our camper and truck.

The site we were assigned at checkin was occupied by a full timer & the 2nd site assigned was also occupied so I had to go back in to the office again. 'With the assistance of one of the staff we were allowed to select an unoccupied site of our choice. This being an older park was ok but the grounds could use a bit more upkeep.

The grass isn't cut or maintained. Cars/trucks parked on the street making it hard to park your rig. I was told we would fit into our spot with a tow. Nope, had to unhook and then find parking for our tow. A lot of people are living in this park.

We had broken glass and what looked like dried human feces in what little grass was provided. The front desk staff was nice, however that didn’t make up for the lack of space and poorly upkept yard.

Nice folks working there! Being from western Colorado I was very glad for all the grass n trees. It's older and bit small but I like the country setting Fun clubhouse. Dog friendly.

We’ve stayed at the Springville KOA on several occasions. We’ll stay again The staff is excellent, very customer service oriented. This time our visit was with our large fifth wheel. Spaces are tight and you have to park your tow vehicle in the nearby close parking. Very disappointed to see that the extended stay folks are not held accountable to the same “keep your sight neat and clean s

Check in was great and they helped use to our sardin spot. Kids running wild and a dog was barking all day. Bathroom near our spot needed a lot of work. My wife said the showers near the front had both doors open and refused to use it for security reasons. Very pricey for what you get!

Too many trailers jammed in together. More space between would have made all the difference in the world. Our neighbour's awning was 2” from our slide, therefore absolutely no personal space. The showers were filthy. We had been on the road all day & just wanted to relax but lawn mower noi Since leaving we have stayed at 2 independent RV parks and have had a much more pleasant experience.

The staffs were ok. The park is unkempt with grass uncut with dog poo hiding inside, garbage piled into corners, dog park was so unclean, & road leading into & RV spaces so tight. We have been KOA member since 2011 & we weren't refunded for the two nights when we decided to leave early for Salt Lake City KOA.. it's sad. The swimming pool is murky with lots of garbage inside.

A few years ago I rated this KOA at 5 stars. My family and I have stayed here the last 3 years and it was shocking how much it had changed. From what I could tell, more than half the campers in the park are residents. The cabins have external damage. There are weeds overgrown all throughout the park. And i witnessed one of the workers screaming/cussing at his child. We wont be back.

Sites on three rows are very close together. There are a lot of long term families. A lot of the long term sites are trashy. Our neighbors were very loud at 3 am one morning, and also at 1:30 am another morning. It reminded me of a "trailer park" instead of an rv campground. The facilities are tidy, and clean, and the staff is friendly. However, we will not return to this KOA.

We stayed here for one night in a motorhome and the sites are very nice despite being quite close together. The staff are friendly and very accommodating.

Location was very good. Laundry area was very good. The pull-thru sight was easy to get in and out of and the utilities worked fine. Appreciated the wide areas of grass for pets and bag dispensers. It was a quiet campground at night. The only thing is the campground looks a messy. Many people living there and many rv's are very cluttered and children not supervised.

The store/office closed at 3:30. Maybe this isn’t typical. The laundry/showers area smelled like a sewer. A group of kids ran in and out of the restrooms/laundry area while we were washing one load of clothes, slamming doors so many times that we lost count. Someone started a fire in a pit, close to the basketball court and left it unattended while kids were playing basketball.

Too many unmaintained full timer spots that were cluttered and dirty. Trucks parked randomly in spots that made it difficult to navigate bigger rigs through. Too bad, since we usually count on KOA being a bit nicer. I don’t have a problem with older rigs and full timers but when some have tarps over them, overgrown weeds and cluttered with junk, it makes me uneasy about the stay. Won’t ret

We love staying here every time we are in the Salt Lake Area. It’s safe and everyone is super friendly. However this last time we went to use the showers with our hot water heater on the fritz. All of the bathrooms were awful smelling of mold and wet dog. There was hair and dirt tracked thru half of them. I know it’s off season. Wasn’t a great experience and wasn’t able to shower for the p

This KOA is a great place to stay. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We had a family emergency and they worked with us through out our stay. The park is right off the freeway. This park has a lot of amenities plus washers and dryer s. Very nice place to stay.
