Sites are way too close together, all-in-one restroom/showers were gross/dirty, very dusty, noisy until 10:pm (hard to watch tv.

Stayed two nights with our grand children. We had a wonderful time swimming , mini golf and campfires. The staff were great and the facilities well maintained. We will definitely visit again !

The staff was nice, bathrooms were nice and clean with separate stalls which was good. The spacing and layout of the camp spots was very poor. You don’t have a private area, and the neighbors on the other side are way too close. I’m not sure if we’d stay again.

Great location and the staff were top notch. Their ice cream social was a great idea, and we met other campers from across the country. We will stay here again when we travel this part of the country. Thanks for a great stay

This place is very clean and welcoming. The poll is so nice not like some other KOAs we've stayed at. The staff is awesome. The place offers so much for the kids to do.

Great stay! We had a blast - our kids had so much fun. Great customer service and amenities. One recommendation would be to label the sites' amenities and hook ups. For example, the site next to us was hooked up to our sewer - we didn't have a hose long enough to reach the other one. our shared space only had one firepit. Maybe spray paint the number of the site on the sewer and the pit

It was a nice camp ground. The dog parks definitely need better maintenance, a bit over grown and not clean.

Enjoyed this park. Friendly staff. Wonderful store. Followed golfcart to park. Easy in and out. Friendly neighbors. Looks kid friendly. Clean and well maintained. This was our second visit there and we're keeping it on our list.

Nice facility, unfortunately we were next to road along side hywy 93 so it was pretty noisy. Other than that it is very conveniently located off interstate 84, very clean and pool looking very inviting.

Fabulous customer service! Our slide bar on our motorhome broke and we ran around town searching all over for welders. They recommended rv repair folks & we got everything fixed in the nick of time. Intermountain Fabrication was great by the way.

The folks at Jerome KOA were beyond friendly and helpful, they went out of their way to help, find solutions, make suggestions and make our stay an excellent one!!

This is in a handy location for taking a break from travel. The folks are super friendly and helpful. The downside for me is that the sites are very close together…I had to close my windows because the family next to me had a campfire and the smoke blew into my camper. On the other side, people were standing inches from my camper window…I felt very closed in.

Very accommodating, the shower was the best I had of the 13 KOA's we stayed at this trip. The wifi was spotty but that's not important, great customer service and a very clean facility.

Site we were assigned was not level. Side-to-side level was about 4" off which resulted in our trailer steps having a severe bottom step to ground clearance which was not very comfortable navigating for us elderly folks. Sewer and water connections for ours and neighboring site were in very close proximity which could result in water contamination if you are not careful handling your water hose.

It was a pleasure staying at this well run KOA. I would give the bathrooms and laundry room more stars if I could. The bathroom/showers were spacious, clean, and plenty of hot water. The laundry room had new machines and everything was clean and worked well. It's easy to see why this KOA won two awards in 2023 and I expect the will receive more in the future. Friendly and helpful staff too!

This is a wonderful KOA! The staff is very friendly. There were lots of restrooms and showers which were all very clean. Lots of trees and green grass. I will definitely stay there again!

All the staff is very nice. We had to stay an extra couple days and they were able to find room for us and managed to let us stay in the same spot so we didn’t have to move. The facility is very clean and well kept. Thank you for a great stay. We will be back.

Very tight, narrow spaces. Good thing we don’t have slideouts. It would have been an issue. On top of that the narrow shared outside space between the RV‘s. For the price I find that condition outrages.

There is not enough good that I can say about this KOA!!! The owners are amazing with everyone, the camp is first rate. Every campsite is racked and leveled after departure. Facilities are spotless. From check in through check out was incredibly positive ���� ���������������� our stay was May 10 - May 10, 2024. We highly recommend Jerome/Twinfalls KOA

Overall it’s a nice well kept park. Only negative would be our site was a bit tight with our neighbors. Maybe a different site would have worked better. The sewer hose was right next to their table. We have a big rig and towing so it may have been better if we disconnected. We would stay again though. But for overnight it was ok.

We had a leaky water hose. The well stocked KOA store came to the rescue, even down to a missing washer! Very much appreciated.

We normally don't do RV parks but we did this time and it worked out well. It is a nice place with lots of camping spots and stuff. Good hook ups for RV.
