Nice place. Our particular site was easy in/easy out. The incline was a concern but we had little trouble exiting our site. We enjoyed our stay and would have loved to stay longer and take advantage of the amenities

Parking spot concrete and level. Heavy rain made it somewhat difficult to connect sewer and electrical service on steep slope next to pad.

The location is very convenient to I-40. The trade off for this convenience is round-the-clock traffic noise. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and the campground was clean and well-maintained. The amenities were very nice. Some of the sites seemed to be short with a bit of a slope so be sure you get a site that can accommodate your rig. We enjoyed our stay and would stop here again.

Even though it’s fairly close to I-40, the noise wasn’t too bad. The space was big enough and the hook ups were all easily accessible and in good working condition. The highlight was getting to see a bunch of fireflies on our evening walk.

Friendly helpful staff. Very nice people and atmosphere. Clean well kept campgrounds and restrooms. The only negative is the interstate noise but that a tradeoff for the convenience of being near I 40. Only one other thing, the restrooms were of if paper towels. I will stay there again.

While we are mostly self sufficient there are a few amenities we look forward to, such as a clean bathroom. There may have been a good reason that the shower house smelled like sewage, but we did not hang around to find out. We needed a safe place to stay and we got that, and then we were on our way. We have had only positive experiences as we cross the country this year, this is our 15th KOA.

Nice campground with kind hosts conveniently located off interstate. Would rate higher but there is some highway noise on both sides and sites are not quite long enough for some bigger rigs. Fortunately, hosts have an easy, unique solution to the length issue.

Staff was great but too close to the freeway for me. In kind of a hollow and noise at night made it difficult to sleep.

Location was very noisy from road traffic. Bathrooms were very dirty, they were not cleaned in the evening or the morning. We were very disappointed with the bathrooms, that is why we stay at KOA's over other campgrounds. The staff was very friendly & accommodating. There is no cable at this location, and tv antenna only picked up a couple of stations.

The staff was very nice. The park was nice. There was no cable due to cable rates going up so make sure you have a smart TV. There is a little road noise due to the I40 .

The park pull thru was not level. The park needs renovation and upgrades. The trees and grass needed trimmed and mowed. The roads needed gravel and the sites could be improved. It was not the typical KOA that I have visited in the past. The only plus to the park is that the staff were pleasant, helpful and friendly.

We were just a one night passing through however it was pleasant and easy site to get into. Bathrooms was clean and all was taken care of. Pool wasn't ready yet but it was a little too cold for a swim still anyway.

Last minute one night stay, Penny was so nice. We called about 5pm for reservations, love the flowers in the big pots at campsites.

Unlevel site back and front ,sewer trap in end of thé site + broken cap , whitout fire ring, whithout câble TV , not thé first visit but maybe thé last now !

Very accommodating. I hadn’t indicated I was towing anything, but Steve chose a site that would suit us better. Bathrooms w showers were great, individual bathrooms and never any wait. Pool up and running May 5! Nice compact spot.

The facility and staff I would rate at 5 stars. The location of the facility, I would rate an 0. Our tent camping site, contiguous to I -40, made sleeping next to impossible, even with the earplugs we were provided upon check in. I will not be back for this reason only. Bob Walker

The people were very friendly. The cabin was comfortable and the restroom was easy access. I loved the large showers.

We are running 3 years in a row coming here but in total I've visited about 6 times on different occasions. From my first visit in 2017 until now, all I can say is WOW!!! Several renovations have been made and the owners continue to make this site feel more cozy and family friendly each visit. The staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable. I have even made friends with the campers that stay here basically year round. I now have two girls and they absolutely love it. I plan on making this a yearly tradition for our little family. Thank you Mike, Penny and Cory for being such great hosts!
